I really like this Napa store, The owner is always there and will help you with everything you need. I like to order online and then pick up at the store to save time and money since you get a very good discount.

I walked in for plug wires and he said that he could have them the day after. True to his word there they were and for a reasonable price.

This place has the worst customer service!!! My husband and I walked in and handed him a quote we received from another Napa and he just looked at us and said What do you want? Well talk about being rude!! Just the tone of his voice was like he was the biggest a@@!!! We will never allow them to take our money!!! We will stick to the the Green Bay stores even if we have to wait for our parts to get ordered!!Dont even waste your time here because they are nothing but rude!!!!
