I always enjoy my trips to Menards. Staff are friendly willing to help. Always fine my product. I really like the 11% off all the time, not just once in awhile. Would recommend shopping there.

Ordered a generator online tonight, within minutes of placing the order Caleb called to ask if I knew this was the display. We didn’t know that and didn’t want a display. Caleb looked into availability on a new one and delivery dates, very thorough. Felt completely satisfied with our purchase and follow up. About a hour later Caleb called back with updated information and told me he expedited the order and gave me a ship date. Couldn’t be more pleased with this devotion to exceptional customer service. Sure hope the store manager reads this and rewards such a amazing employee, ESPECIALLY these days!

The staff for mask which I really appreciate being an older person even though Ive been vaccinated. I care about them and it shows they care about me. Its a wonderful place and just walk around and daydream what you would like in your home, apartment or even a manufactured home. You can find all kind of clearance or deals that are great.

Everything in the Green Bay Area very slow not a lot of activity anywhere maybe people are used to celebrating in other ways staying home going to friends and family locally I did see a lot of traffic North Merrill earlier today otherwise the highways stores pretty empty as far as customers. Menards parking lot pretty empty as well I was rather surprised for a big weekend to see so little traffic and shoppers Maybe This Is The New Normal. Menards is one of my favorite stores.

Vast amounts of home furnishings. The store is massive. Thankfully, theres plenty of helpful staff to show you the way.

I was struggling with a serious plumbing problem at my house and I just want to say that Rob helped out so much and all the employees especially him were excellent.

Pretty much has everything I need.

Ordered online & paid online. Went to pick up the products & they were out of stock. Had to drive another 15-20 min to a different store to get the product (that was already bought & paid for). It was ordered ahead of time because it was needed the following day for our project. Had already driven 1 hour to get to the original store. Was NOT happy.

I found what I was looling for kind of. I wanted outdoor patio chairs. I found 2 at a good price. Only this is they dont swivel. My trip and purchase would be perfect if the chairs swiveled.

Poor response while waiting in line at Guest Services center —with 5 people in line for returns and one person behind desk, the manager walks over approve a return 2 different times... approves both returns snd walks away both times, leaving the long line wait!!You’d think he’d at least open up another register or call for someone to help reduce the line! Disappointing

Had one of the worst experiences ever coming to Menards, I witness a gentleman question about a mask and wearing one. With the mandate lifted I can understand, him not understanding. While he contest but then proceeded to put one on. A women name Michelle ( worker ) was completely unprofessional, rude an down right ignorant. While wearing his mask they still proceed not to check him out. The disrespect almost has me to never return to this particular again!

No consistency in your mask policy, sometimes you can go in without one the next time they stop you at the door and won’t let you in. And then there is the time you get to the register and are told you must put a mask on for them to take your money!!! Then when you don’t comply and leave, you get shouted at from a manager “to never come back” WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! You didn’t have to shout at me to never come back. That was my plan to never go back!!! Get ALL your people on the same page!Mask don’t do anything besides spreads germs

I would highly recommend going to another place or a Menards at a different location.

Drive in to pick up green treated lumber guys sitting in the booth doesn’t tell you or know where to go. There is no one in the yard to help!

Great people, amazing selection while maintaining that hometown hardware store feel in many ways. 11% rebate is always a fun sale and a great bonus for contractors. Highly recommend after 10 years if shopping there.

One stop for wood, plants, beef jerky and matches

Masks are required at this time. I dont have a problem with that but thought you should know. Anyways, I gave 3 stars because I needed boards for a twin bed to hold mattress. Apparently, they dont offer wood cutting if you purchase through them. I asked another person who said they have a saw outside but I have to cut myself. So if youre looking for wood to be cut and cant do it yourself, go to home depot. They cut for free.

Store is set up backwards compared to all the other Menards I’ve been to in Wisconsin. & the saw horse we bought was broken so had to go back in an exchange it. Probably won’t be going back to that Menards

Most of the time I find what I want.

They make you wear a mask. Thats fine, but if you expect me to wear one. Make sure your employees keep theirs on. Not only that. With the mask. Social distancing, its not happening. With all the noise in the store. Youre standing on the wrong side of the plexiglass yelling at the person who is trying to help you. As they take off their mask to ask you a question.

Terrible store. Carry out person Skyler was awful when I ask for help out near the cart corral. Was on his phone and couldn’t be bothered. Another guest came and helped me. Called to complain and the GM Chris there is a joke. Went about how they were busy and he had to go assist guests. Guess I was a guest. Used to shop there all the time but will now find a different Menards to go to.

Very large Menards with good stocking of any product home related. Staffing was very personable with good service.

Rude employees that walk away when they see you need assistance - is not helpful to customers that have health issues and are in wheelchairs. Will never shop at Menards again.

Its time to make your mask policy a recommendation vs a requirement.

The check out girl Brittney was snobby. Tried to tell her the price of a light that didnt have a tag on it. She kept looking it up on her phone. People lined up. Finally gets a price and it was what I said it was. Stood there 18 minutes. Ugh

Apparently make you wear a mask which is fine but then have one for people who forgot theirs walking in. I innocently walked in without and the guy literally shouting across the store and then rudely “goes there’s the exit door leave right now.” Won’t come back here if this is your “customer service”

They have almost everything you need but not always in stock these days.

The crew at Menards are always very helpful. This time Gavin, Rob, and Steve helped me find items I needed and answered questions for me. Emily checked me out and was quick and very friendly. I have always had a great experience with this Menards.The low prices are good, the crew being helpful and friendly is why I come back

When I was building things it was no problem for Menards to take my money now Im handicap and now . at all the Menards I go to there are no handicap carts that work or all in use not enough to go around

This place can be a real hit or miss when it comes to customer service. Ive been there many times, where its painful to see some associates struggle to deliver average customer service. But there has also been times where I was very impressed with others high level of customer service. One example of the high end customer service was last month when I went there to purchase material to build a deck. There were some people that would say hi and ask if they could help, but it wasnt very authentic and didnt seem like they really cared about helping. But then an associate by the name of Mary approached me to see if she could help me out. She made sure I understood the difference between each option of deck boards along with the posts and railings. When she didnt know the answer, rather than making up something, she reached out to her manager Jim. Jim was equally as accommodating to helping me as Mary was. They both showed they truly cared about assisting me and that meant a lot. I really appreciate the customer service they provided me that day. And I want you and everyone that reads this, to know what a difference these two associates make. Thank you again!

Gentleman that works weekends in electrical was very helpful.

Would not order from the building materials. Ordered line post on April 18th and they got shipped to the store May 1st. I picked them up May 1st just to find out they all got shipped dented and scratched. Re ordered the line post that day just to find out Id have to wait 26 days for them. They said they would be special packed to avoid scratching this time. Call today, on the due date, just to find out they never actually ordered them. A month and a half of waiting to find out i have no post. So here I sat waiting to do my backyard fencing with no materials. Never again.

Needed paints for a new house, but did not know anything about them. Staff is prompt and helpful, explained everything and helped choosing paints and brushes

This place has many different things to choose from. Not sure of how much money they get on the rebates. I sure like them to come up with something else.

They never have the sand paper I need for the sander I purchased there. So whats the problem.

Excellent Service by three separate younger male associates when I had questions, in three different departments!!! I purchased a LED ceiling fan, a tall Floor Lamp, special type of Chalk paint to do a couple projects in May, special LED motion Lights for indoor or outdoor. Definitely would recommend! I thanked them, and told them I was very happy to have Great Service!

I went to Menards to buy a telescope on sale. It was on sale from 6 a.m. till noon for $50 I got there later in the evening and it was $55. That price was $15 less then the lowest price online, highest price was $120. Very happy with the purchase.

Products seem to be of low grade Wal-Mart type. Not worth value overall. The 11% is a gimmick, sounds good, but its not. Compared to other stores they are the same if not slightly above with their 11% rebate.

Yesterday we purchased a grill from Menards in De Pere, WI. Today I started to assemble it. Lets say, assembling stuff is not my wheelhouse. After a while my wife says, Call them and ask if they will do it. I was more than happy to oblige her.Adam to the rescue. An awesome employee by the name of Adam, (dont know his last name) tells me over the phone that theyll assemble it during the week when they have more free time, and it would only cost a nominal fee. He went beyond the call of duty. He even gave me the display model, thus making me my wifes hero. Well, Id say Adam is the real hero in my eyes. He just made me a life long Menards customer. Look up customer service in the dictionary and youd see a picture of Adam.

I found what I was looking for plus an item. I went in for indoor ceiling plant hook. I found it by the pots out in lawn N garden. Also purchased Powerade powder and an extension chain for my indoor plant.Great job!

Went to buy shear pins for the snowblower I bought there non in stock but the thing that irritated me was when I asked for help the person at the front end called hardware they told me it was in row 270 they dont even have a row like that then I here they wont get any for 7 days...really? Not the place to spend money anymore

Went there to buy building materials for a deck railing, asked 4 different staff members for assistance and was blown off 4 times. Brought my $1,000 to a competitor.

I just opened up a new seahawk 2 inflatable boat, but apparently is was returned from someone else, full of dirt and sticks and missing the 2 oars. This is the 2nd time that Ive bought something from the Menards store in De Pere and the product was heavily used, missing parts or broken when I opened the package. What kind of quality control does the store have on returned items? From my experience, it seems pretty bad at this point.

Purchased a display gas grill online as it was the last one. Store employee, Tanner Jepsen, said it was in good shape and it was in great shape. He had it wrapped in plastic ready to be picked up when I arrived.
