The fruit was fresh n delicious. The arrangement was beautifully decorated and screamed happy birthday! Even though there was a slight delay from the scheduled delivery, we were satisfyingly compensated for the wait. Smallest Strawberries Ever! Definitely NOT worth the money. You could go anywhere else and get better for the holiday. Sooooo disappointing! Unfriendly & unsympathetic of their small size as well. Poor business practice. I will tell everyone never to try this service!

Google edible arrangements got an 800 number called it and they dont deliver anywhere in the Wausau area recommended a local agent who has absolutely nothing to do with edible arrangements it was flower shop only kind of disappointing I was looking forward to brightening some womans life who just found out she had cancer stage 3

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries and a balloon to be delivered on Valentines day to my partner while she was at work. I called several times and emailed customer service, and they still have not been delivered. I also havent received a response, and theyve charged my account. Honestly, save your money. I dont usually give 1 star reviews, but Im more than disappointed!

I ordered online and found that to be a mistake. I would definitely call the store itself or visit in person to place an order. There was a spot on the order form for instructions, which I gave. When I drove to the store to pick up my order, it wasnt ready. Evidently, those preparing the orders dont get the instruction-part of the order. Also, there was only one person on site working. There should have been at least one other person there to help her.

I live in a different state, and I called to make the order. The lady wasnt pleasant on the phone at all, and I understand I made a mistake in calling the basket fruit and chocolate. She kept saying we dont have a a fruit chocolate basket, I realized I was calling it the wrong name. We get it the name figured out but she doesnt add any chocolate dipped anything. I recall keep asking for fruit and chocolate, I guess I would have then asked would you like chocolate added to your fruit.My mom gets her 100.00 plus basket and no chocolate dipped anything. So frustrating.I gave her two stars only because the it did look nice, but so much for customer service.

Today I received my box of chocolate covered strawberries with a deflated valentine balloon delivered to my work place. All I got to say is for the amount of money my husband paid and for the poor service we received. We will take are business else where.
