Great selection but prices are high on just about everything pokemon sports and magic. I wouldnt go to hunt deals haha just buy online and save a good amount. I was also warned but wanted to see for myself they offer absolutely horrible prices for your stuff unfortunately. I would either sell yourself or find something else to do only sell here if youre in desperate need of cash. Staff was friendly and I get it there is a lot of overhead to run a business. I just cant justify paying $120 for $100 products 20% is too much to give away.

I will start by saying the store has a great selection. Unfortunately most of the items are market priced. I have driven 2 hours multiple times because they have good bulk rates on Pokémon cards. However, lately there have been multiple issues. The last time, I used my store credit to preorder a case of booster boxes. They never shipped it. I had to call after 2 weeks of waiting and they claimed the order was lost in their system. They finally shipped it after my complaint. This past visit, I brought in another order of bulk. They informed me that I would have to wait for my order to be processed to receive credit for the order. This is something that was never the case on any of my multiple other visits. Had I known this, I would have never made the 2 hour drive. Bulk cards should be easy to quickly add up, as all you have to do is count the number of cards. So, now I will have to drive all the way back, paying a good amount in gas money, and now pay for shipping on any order I will make. For these reasons, this will be my last trip to this store.

Ive recently had two very unpleasant trips into the store. A couple weeks ago I went to pickup my per-order booster box and I was told I already picked up my booster box. It took way to long to figure out that I never received my booster box. I was literally in Utah when they said I picked-up my booster box. Staff was rude and made me feel like I did something wrong.Then, a couple days ago I went into the store with my 6 year old and an employee very aggressively yelled at him for walking behind a counter in the back area. He had no idea. I didnt see any sort of gate or door to keep people out. He doesnt want to go to the store anymore. My GF has been with me on both of these unpleasant trips and she actually wont go back in the store. She says it has too much negative energy.Staff needs to be more respectful to customers.

Nice card shop. A bit pricey but they have an ok selection when it comes to pokemon. Tho other cards like Weiss schwarz is a bit thin sadly.

Warning to this site the booster we were to reselled on several display you find that 1-2 ultra rare more booster on that 6 card no have 10 to flee you lose your money !!! Team cheater warning !!!! All display or booster open and reclose warning

Staff are always helpful and nice. I for purchase a lot of pokemon from them online. Shipping is always fast & they packaging their product professionally with care which for is important for me because most items are kept sealed/for display purposes. Highly recommend them!

Half the items they sell are at market price not retail. If you want stuff for scalper prices just go buy from a scalper, at least then you can haggle. How can you sell a newly released product at over double retail. You are a store, and store that sells brand new released items at above retail is just trying to make money the easy way instead of actually being a good store.

Ive been buying breaks from Jeff and his team for over a year, and have never once had anything but a stellar experience!! Prices are lower than just about anything Ive seen this year, staff is professional and very friendly, and even in the world of online breaks they go above and beyond any competitor to make sure the customer is taken care of. 100 out of 10, and Id give more stars than 5 if google would allow me to.

Fair prices for Pokémon cards. Me and my girlfriend drive from Appleton because the prices are so nice.

They are still curbside-only. Driving to GB to visit a different store is easier right now, as their website is not well optimized for curbside-only. It would be nice if they’d just open up and let people inside like everywhere else.

I wasnt satisfied at all. I went to order my box of yugioh and it took more than 2 weeks to come by. Sent an email to the guys there and they had no idea. What they were talking about. Honestly I rather go to gnome games. This is a young store but I feel like its not family oriented.

To start off they scalp badly, might as well buy from scalpers online. They overcharge and it’s insane, they obviously weigh loose packs and it’s very obvious when I bought numerous packs and the weights were as light as could be. I weighed them to make sure they were not tampered with and clearly they weigh. Disappointed it’s just a scam, rather take the risk online people…

Its a decent store. I would buy from them more often if they would actually open the store for inside shopping. There website is terrible and very difficult to navigate at times. I dont understand why they choose to stay closed when everything around them is open in some fashion. Hopefully they reopen soon and I can change my opinion.

Don’t pay for priority shipping they will just lose your package and say it isn’t their fault and not help you resolve the issue. Been waiting a month. I paid for priority 5 day or whatever shipping not a month.

I ordered from The Game Capital some time ago and then with the recent aDrive affiliation I wanted to check the shop back out. I saw some horrible reviews that puzzled me and I wanted to make sure to let people know that isnt the case. I ordered a booster box of Rebels Clash and it arrived within the week. They shipped the package the day or two after I ordered and at that point it is out of their hands what happens to it. It arrived and was in perfect condition and was packaged perfectly.

Online buyers beware.We should have known better than to go forward with a purchase through this company via their Amazon store based on the reviews alone, but we did so shame on us for that. Now almost a month later and and nothing still. Response is sorry USPS is slow and check their tracking. I can understand slow but a month is beyond slow. We could have walked from MO and gotten our purchase quicker.

This place is great. They are always nice with my kids and always have whichever DnD book I happen to be looking for. They dont price gouge either, unlike the other local shop, which is great.

First came to this location when they first opened up. Staff is super friendly and the items in there are amazing! Brought a side of me out that I didnt know I had. Bought an Christmas gift here for my little brother and the price was better than I was seeing online. Will be back for sure and I recommend this place! The most overpriced shop in America. They are selling items far above Market Value. They set their Margins higher than retail arbitrage people and resellers on eBay and Facebook. Dont recommend unless you have 60 million follows with no budget.

Great store with the fun game stuff. I am a D&D player and Thanks to DM Adam that also works there. Lots, lots, lots of fun games and place to place them at the new 805 Main Street West De Pere, WI location now. Painted D&D mini figures and non painted one. The staff is great. Owners Jeff and Hillary are fantastic and nice. If you like Yu-Gi-O or Magic most definitely the place to go. Great selection of Funko figures too. So gald to have a place to be D&D player again too. Stop in. Snacks and Drinks available too.
