The people were overall friendly and the truck that they rent it to me for a couple weeks did have new tires and was full of fluids. But was not clean had a lot of buttons that were broken. The sensors needed calibration. A truck that was marketed as a extended sleeper had everything that makes it and habitable stripped out of it. No inverter, fridge, I think the bed in it was twice as old as the truck, there was trash in every corner that I looked and I picked it up. The defrost kept coming on in the middle of July and there wasnt a place to even put load bars on the back of it so I had to put 8-foot load bars in the cab with me. If the desk hadnt been friendly I wouldnt have even given it more than a star.

When our corporate reservation with a competitor was cancelled without notice just a few days before pickup I contacted Penske in hopes of finding a 26 ft/lift gate box truck.
