Very efficient, always super fast, never any lines.

Mike was VERY accommodating. I needed a no contact ship. I called the store ahead of time, emailed my shipping information to him, he prepared everything so when I got to the store, he came out to grab my package, I paid via phone and then brought me back the receipt. Its a very busy time of year and I am so appreciative he was able to help with my request. Thank you Mike!!

Adult son w/Autism went there for a large box and asked Manager/Owner Mike for assistance. He was treated rudely so he went to the other employee to ask for help. Mike informed him to “not waste his time.” Hearing of this, we called and spoke to Mike and explained that his customer has Autism which impacts his communication. It was kindly suggested that he consider customers from a kinder position. Mike offered zero apologies but rather told us that he felt that HE was being treated condescendingly by the customer with Autism.Save your time and put your money where you will be treated with considerate appreciation—The UPS Store in Allouez on Webster!Mike needs to retire...and sensitivity training.

Service was good but employees were not wearing masks

Owner does not wear a mask!!! Obviously does not respect his customers. Will never go there again.

Terrible customer service...We will never do business there again. They will lose your packages and not stand behind it...Unfriendly and clueless... I would recommend pack and ship.

They never actually knock or ring the doorbell, just toss the package (if they actually work up the effort to bring it out the truck and dont just leave a missed delivery sticker)

You have a responsibility in this community to wear your masks. People use your service for contactless shipping needs. Why arent you wearing your masks?

Two times I had drivers leave notes lying saying that I wasnt home. The first time I came to this location to pick up my package the guy insisted several times that they had nothing for me, only to suddenly find it under a desk. The second time the man working claimed that he had no idea where the package was, despite the driver note I had claiming it was dropped at that location days ago. He told me to go look at other stores. Absolutely useless.

Fantastic service! Great location, attached to the Festival Foods building, right next to Jimmy Johns, so you can drop off your Amazon packages on your way to/from grocery shopping.

Convenient location, Really easy to make returns to Amazon, Friendly Employees, and Clean.

The owner was extremely helpful, the store was very clean, and customer service. I’ll be going here to drop off my Amazon packages - it’s easier than going into Kohl’s.

Neither employees nor the customer were wearing masks well after the statewide mandate began. One employee had one, it was just around their neck

Only deliver packages if they feel like it

Half the deliveries never make it to me and UPS claims they do. They even lose items that they are holding for pickup at the store

Poor customer service and delivery

Dropped off my package for a return and it took a few days to be sent. I called the place and the person said there was nothing he could do, it was going to go whenever it was going to go. That was an odd answer. :/
