Recently bought a 2013 BMX X1, the staff was willing to stay open late to accommodate my work schedule so I could come test drive the car, didn’t rush me at all, the mechanic even stayed to answer all of my questions, and the car is perfect. 63k and the only thing it needs is an oil change. They managed to get my payment down to the low $200s a month, and they even ordered me a plate and tag AND stayed open late again to make sure I could pick it up. If I could give more stars I would, I’ll be buying from them in the future. Courteous, professional, and helpful.

I had a great experience at Ford Road Motor Sales. Saw a great deal on a car on their website on a Sunday and called them about 30 minutes before they opened the following day. They confirmed the car was still available and I said Id be there in about 45 minutes. The car was parked out front and ready for me at 9:15am. I checked everything out and did a test drive; there were some things wrong with the car (seat motor, seat heater, rear windshield solvent dispenser, some mild grinding when I applied the brakes) and they agreed to fix some of those problems and try with the rest. They were able to fix it all and I was able to purchase my car Wednesday afternoon. I mostly worked with Eddie; him and his colleagues were great to work with. The staff here was courteous, responsive, and patient with my questions. They couldnt promise to fix everything, but the fact that they were willing to try meant so much to me. I have been wanting heated seats in a car since I was 12 years old. I nearly cried happy tears when Eddie told me their mechanic was able to fix the heated seats. I love my new, used car and I would recommend Ford Road Motor Sales in a heartbeat.

Wowwww! So I call to just see if someone could help me with a part for a car I bought from here. They legit hung up on me while I was politely talking. I called backed to asked what happened and they hung up again. I have never experienced that! There was no reason. If they couldnt help then say that but I was willing to pay and they behaved like that. Never again!

The best car buying experience I have ever received. I looked at the car I wanted online. I called Mike and he instructed me to fill out the online application. We spoke about my down payment and he said he could absolutely get me into the vehicle I wanted. Added: two hours after leaving a review about my experience with this business. My business magically received a wordless one star review from no customer Ive ever had. I had spoken to the manager Mike, who was very upfront about the oversight of my situation and promised to make sure it was corrected. He also promised the woman whod handled the situation would be spoken to. Mike swears the person who left the review on my business is not his employee, and yet, the account that left it is faceless, has only reviewed one place (mine) and doesnt exist beyond this one review. I have zero doubt a vindictive employee created an account to bring down my rating because they got in trouble for not doing their job. She had my business phone number, and name, she knew it was my issue she was being spoken to about, and maybe shes bitter I voiced my issue online.Mike wanted to make the situation right, but this is insane. Ive never experienced anything like this before in my life.Ive waited over a month for my plate and registration to be mailed to me. As of today, 34 days since my title was processed. I called multiple times, the same woman never had an answer for me. No one ever contacted me about my issue.Called today, she said she had it. Said she called me and left a message. Absolutely not possible. I run two businesses through my phone, I answer spam calls. She said shes had it, but each time I called... she didnt have it. So clearly a lie is in there somewhere. I asked what day she called, she didnt know. She just somehow knew it had been done. She also said I dont misplace plates, another lie since mine has obviously been missing for 30+ days.Ive been told it will be mailed today. I already filed a complaint with SOS because this is just unacceptable. I dont trust this dealership, I wont ever work with them again, nor will I ever recommend them. Unfortunately for them I work in automotives and am often asked for my opinion =) She may not misplace plates, but mine turn over in 9 days. Someone needs to pay more attention.

I bought a CHEVY EQUINOX 2012 and in less than 2 months I had to take it back to repair for several issues. Everytime my SUV felt a little rain it had problem and had to tow it to repair again. One year with this car and it was 9 times in repair shop for service. I FELT STOLEN. If you do not want to waste your money dont do business with these people and also they are very rude when you make a claim.

I dealt with Mike directly and he made my experience a hassle free one. I was interested in a vehicle at the lot and called to schedule to have a 3rd party auto service company to perform a pre-purchase inspection on the vehicle. Mike agreed with no reservations. I decided to place a deposit on the vehicle until I made a decision as to whether to purchase the vehicle or not. Once again, Mike agreed with no problem. Ultimately I did not proceed with the purchase and requested a refund for the deposit. Mike obliged my request with no issue. I have to say I received excellent service even without making a purchase with them!

Simple power steering pump issue. End result, given run around so bought a car elsewhere, their lost

We were kinda in a rush of buying a car couple of weeks ago. Staff were very helpful even when we came in late. I just noticed that they don’t take good care of the cars or like make it look as nice a possible. One car that we tried (Sta. Fe) the wipers are gone, it leaves scratch marks already then the next one was the Infiniti which we end up buying. It had a very foul smell and a couple of days one of the wires of the battery came off and the muffler is loose. Exterior it was okay since it’s an older car but the interior wasn’t perfectly cleaned. They end up giving us a little bit of compensation for detailing it ourselves which is appreciated.Update: Well since they mentioned to contact them directly for any problems i gave them a call today and guess what? We got no help! He basically cuts us off when we try to explain something and doesn’t even want to hear our side on what’s wrong with the car. Mike also mentioned that his mechanic might have a covid so they can’t look at it today. All we have to do is wait and it’s unbelievable that they only have one mechanic.

UNTIL I read these reviews and it wasn’t the customer reviews that made you look bad because I get it, you can’t please everyone. However, YOUR response to the people on here let’s me know just how unprofessional and unsympathetic that you are. Some one said you sold them a lemon and you actually respond that you are not a fruit store??? Very childish.No matter what a business should display professionalism even when you do not agree with the customer. Perhaps you underestimate the effects of bad customer reviews. Because Although you still may have customers flowing in, I’d bet you have lost quite a few prospects that you don’t even know about just by word of mouth and these reviews. Humble yourself.

Inquired about buying a car from them yesterday. Jill was very helpful at working with my less than stellar credit... that’s why I gave 2 stars. But watch your numbers with them.. they prey on people with bad credit situations... I was interested in buying a $9000 vehicle... so $9000 plus tax title doc should be about $10,500 max... with $2000 down at 23% interest (I’m aware that I will have to pay this much due to my credit situation) should equal a monthly payment of $240-$250. Well they quoted me $341 per month. I asked where they were getting that number and they kept using the excuse of gap insurance and taxes!! Then when I said that didn’t make sense because gap insurance does not cost an extra $100 a month I was transferred to a man... he tried to use the gap insurance excuse also and said well you have very low credit “SWEETIE”... do not ever call a woman you do not know sweetie.. it’s unprofessional and I’m fully aware of my credit situation and would’ve happily purchased the car 23% interest if the monthly payment was correct... too bad for you this sweetie can do math... and saw you were trying to charge me over $5700 for gap insurance and taxes on a $9000 vehicle

I have bought this car from Ford Road Motor sales I trusted them but I found out that they were not honest they sold a car which was salvaged vehicle and had been into multiple accidents which they did not mentioned it. Now I am stuck with this vehicle which is not worth the price I paid. I did informed the Attorney General of Michigan and Secretary of State.

Went to see a truck and when I got there it did not look as pictured the seatbelt did not work the seats were torn up and the side mirror was broken I was told if I wanted it they could make it like new again just my advice your cars should all be up to code and ready to buy!!!!!

If I didn’t have to put a star just to rate there Vehicles that would be my true rating. I purchased a vehicle 10 months ago and out of the 10 Months. I was able to drive it for 4 of the months it was smoking and power making noise when I turn. I called Mike and he and mr to bring it in to fix it. Came it and was told it was fixed paid my Deductible just for the problem to happen a few hours later. Then Called again as was the store is so long is sad.
