We had graphics done on our building 15 years ago and they held up AMAZING! When we decided to do some re-branding for our anniversary year, we changed up our logos and decided to rebrand the front doors as well. We are thrilled with the results! Spectrum did and amazing job with the new colors and logos, the install was smooth and quick, and they were just in time for our new unveiling that weekend. Thank you Bryce and Mike!

I ATTEMPTED to use Spectrum Signs to get a new sign made for the Dearborn Elks Lodge. We are a Dearborn based organization, and we try to utilize Dearborn businesses whenever we can. It all started well, with an email to Spectrum and within a day I received a reply. Please bare in mind that this all occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic. A time was arranged and a sales person came out to our building to do measurements, etc. I informed him that we were anxious to get the sign done as quickly as possible, and I was assured that I would receive an estimate within 2-3 days. I NEVER received anything! So, approximately 10 days later, I tried to contact the sales person. I left NUMEROUS messages and emails for him. NO RESPONSE. Finally after my 10th or 11th attempt he returned my inquiries. No apology, no explanation for the MAJOR delay in his response. He just asked me to tell him how thick the cinder block wall we were mounting the sign on was. Obviously, if you make and hang signs for a living you should know how thick a standard cinder block is, but, I gave him the information anyway. THAT WAS @ WEEKS AGO, and STILL nothing! I realize that our job was not the biggest or most expensive or important to Spectrum Signs. But it IS important to me. I CAN NOT stress enough the lack of professionalism by this sales person and the company he represents.

The new Party Animal sign looks great and stands out at night. Many of our customers are asking where it was created and the other businesses are asking about where to buy one! Thanks for the hard work

Called this company to fix my signs that had damage from a storm.They came out and never came into my office, they talked to my porter and never to me. They stated they would email me a quote.NEVER HAPPENED, I GUESS THEY CAN,T DO SIGNS LOL
