The old blonde lady with the bad makeup never wears a mask anymore but the other staff does???? Seems like there’s a team disconnect between her and the rest of them, also she has a habit of following people around the store to make sure they aren’t “stealing” but it’s clearly age and race related so maybe avoid going in there while she’s there if you want a positive experience

The ONLY reason I upped my review to 3 stars was because of CINNAMON! Had she been the person who had started to help me, it would have been a 5 star review NO PROBLEM! She is VERY knowledgeable about every product that is sold in the store as well as EVERY policy! The first person who did not even care that I was there and was very rude told me very wrong answers and ignored me like I was a ghost. I have been frequenting this location since it opened and had not planned to step foot back in that place until Cinnamon SAVED me as I was walking out the door in tears. Yes, literal tears. Was not feeling well at all and have been having major neurological issues going into stores etc. So, Thank you from the bottom of my heart Cinnamon for helping me with the products that I needed and caring enough to not let me go without and lose yet another customer for poor customer service. I have been in customer service all of my life and can not believe the non-service I received from the first person I encountered. People like that should never first, apply to HELP others and second, get HIRED to help others! Thanks again Cinnamon! At least there are still a few of us out there!

It is convenient and nice store! It offers a good brand name beauty products and supplies! It also offers brand name cosmetic and hair products. Hair care and nail care, beauty supplies as well as Solon equipment are available in the store. High quality products! Nice and helpful staff. Highly suggest!

Vicki’s customer service was terrible today! While standing in line to purchase (no other customers but me), the cashier gets a call about someone possibly losing their work badge. Vicki just leaves me standing there; waiting to purchase while she parades through-out the store looking for someone’s work badge. Trust me.......someone’s work badge would hold some high importance; but I was standing there before the call came in; and it would have taken a second to ring me up! The caller could have waited! Prioritize and set aside being nasty and rude for no reason at all. I hope the badge was found because the sale was lost!!!!

Worst customer service ever. Went in got what I needed and stood in line. I was second (and only) in line. I was ignored by the two cashiers. Im definitely not going back.

I came into this Sally Beauty Supply to purchase hair extensions and ended up standing in front of the display for 20 minutes(one has to have a sales associate to unlock them because they are attached to the display). I finally started searching for a sales associate and found two of them in the isle next to me standing there. Once I asked for assistance the sales associate who cashed the sale out was very rude. I understand that everyone has their bad days at work but, my whole experience there was VERY unpleasant and I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Racial vibes and rudeness throughout this entire store! Especially from the older woman working the register. Corporate needs to pay attention to reviews, and investigate the day to day operations.

Lady behind the register was terrible and very prejudice to me. But the employees were responsible.

I love Sallys

I paid to update my membership and the next time I went in they had no record of it. They were upset and got a bad attitude when I handed them my $10 off coupon. Go to another Sallys.

Great store location

Store is kind of small doesnt have as much variety as other Sallys I have been to. Nonetheless the staff is very very friendly and try to help you with as much advices they possibly can. Check them out!
