Very friendly group of Arabic gentleman that work here. This place is FCSC 0800-1630 and they unload one truck at a time. Not hard to maneuver, easy in and easy out. One way entrance and exit.I even had a situation where one of the pallets shifted and helped them restack it. For this area, I was very surprised at how cool they were. Id definitely delivery here again.

Gr8 place to deliver and receiver and unloaded both are nice ..fast unloading.. just make wide right turn with 53 footer at entrance..enough room to back in ..you can exit other side ..restroom provided..

Unloaded in30 min,there are spaces for parking on the yard and behind the building on your way to exit

If you dont mind the Detroit area.It is staffed by a great warehouse crew that will have you in and out in no time. Its actually pretty small dock area. And I think they use one dock but they hustle and get you in and out on your way in no time...

Great for retailers. A good variety of products for independent retailers.
