This was the best decision I made for excerise. The guys were very helpful and soooo patient with us! I love my bike! Me and my husband got our first adult bikes here about a month ago and we love our bikes!! I love my bike so much I think I have the coolest bike ever! 😂 I really enjoy riding my bike it brings me great joy!! I have a mountain bike and my husband has a cruiser. I definitely recommend them! Great customer service, answered all my questions, seems like they know their bikes. Went in to get my brakes done and I was out within minutes.

I needed a new tire and I was in and out in 10mins. Fast service!! New tire and they put in on my bike.

Always quality service and professionalism. It’s family owned and run and they care about their customers. Their bike repair, stock and support is top notch.

Really bad service, they claimed they fixed the tube, charged $20 and without even biking it was a flat tire in a day. They did not acknowledge their failure to fix it correctly, I guess they never changed the tube and lied. And charged another $18 for patching again. Really rude guy...will never go again. Customer satisfaction is their least priority.

These people are taking advantage of their customers. I went to buy my daughter a bike, and a bike worth 100-120 was put for $250. Just because people want bikes doesnt mean you should higher the prices for them. It isnt fair. He said the cheapest bike was for $250, for girls. Not even a mountain bike, it was a basic bike.

Stop in because it was close to my kids school to get the stroller tire looked at because I thought about was bad. They diagnose it for free and when it was decided it was not the valve but clearly the tube itself there wasnt any pressure to buy one then.The price was a good deal so I had them swap it right there.Super nice and a good selection of bike for the size. Certainly will check back the when it is time to get my sons first bike

Great service I’ll be back soon. I almost gave up on bike shops in Dearborn when eddies bike shop stole my bike and sold it as well without my consent. I then saw this place and figured I’d give it a try. I am now best friends with the owner and I’m here everyday.

My family and I came in to look at bikes for our 4 year old son. They couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. Let our son take several bikes outside to ride and try out. Very personable and friendly. Will be back again!

Purchased a bike from the thrift store and thought my tires were bad. Brought in for a new tire and the guys checked it out in no time. Only problem, too much air. Changed the air in the tire and sent us on our way. In and out. Great customer service. Check these guys out. You won’t be disappointed.

Had a great experience here. I came in the gentle man greeted me and asked me did I need help with something. I told him I had a flat tire he changed it. I was in and out in less then 5 minutes. Great customer service.

Im in a wheelchair and Warren Bike Shop took care of me without any issues! There was no bike shops open and I needed new tires immediately. I called and the owner told me to come down and he was very friendly. They have wheelchair accessible parking and accommodations inside if needed. This was my first time but I will continue going back for sure. I would recommend this bicycle shop to anyone. I hope this was helpful and please feel free to ask any questions. Amazing serviceI went in to fix a brake cable that was broken and they tighten my back wheel and tighten some other things.

The Warren bicycle shop was a great buying experience the the workers were friendly and answered all my questions about buying a mountain bike they even gave me a nice discount for being a frontline worker

Worst bike shop ever! Took my bike there a month ago to get a new tube for my tire.. charged me 18 and I didnt mind as long as its a new tube.. 2 days later its flat again.. everytime I pump it up it became flat the next day.. finally took it to a new shop and they told me they never put in a new tube smfh guess they just tried patching it up and charged me for a new tube
