I have been a regular customer at this store, and my last visit was very disappointing. They were not willing to return or exchange even though when I bought, they said I have 30 days to make a return. They said they only do exchanges, and only if it’s two days after you make a purchase. That is very inconvenient for most people and very unreasonable. I was mostly disturbed because they informed me about this new policy when I was at the store trying to make a return or exchange. Their website says otherwise, so they can’t just change rules without informing customers beforehand. That is very unprofessional and horrible customer service because they weren’t willing to work with me. I will not be buying from them again because I do not want a similar experience.

I came here today very last minute before going to a engagement and a very kind and beautiful lady helped me her name was Ismahan and I got to buy a very cute outfit and she gave me discounts that I dont think anyone else would ever Ive me. Never been to a abaya store with cute abayas till I came here. There’s so many diff types and styles to choose from. There’s also bridal and bridal party dresses here. If i could buy the whole store I would. The staff is amazing if u need help w tying a belt or picking a matching hijab they’ll help w no hesitation.

A friend of mine sent me their website a while back. I’ve been shopping with them since before they named the store lameeramoda. When I embarked on my hijab journey it took a total of 3 years with multiple phases to get where I am today. I can thank lameeramode for helping me come as far as I have come with my hijab journey because they offer beautiful modest clothing at both affordable and more luxurious prices. Majority of my closet is lameeramoda, this isn’t an exaggeration. I love the fabric, colors, and how versatile the maxis are and they’re the perfect length for my height. I always order 59”. Usually dresses from veiled collection or some where else are too short for my height. I even ordered my Eid dress this year from them and just as I thought they never disappoint. It is absolutely beautiful. I did have a slight issue with my order, the description said it was 57” but I ordered alterations and later found out it automatically came at 59”, But it wasn’t much of an issue because they refunded me for the alteration purchase. Amazing store with styles that I’m not used to seeing in regular department stores. I was searching for a gown for months and found the perfect dress here for a very fair price. They even recommended me an excellent seamstress to alter it. The girls are amazing and so accommodating as well which made me all the more happy to give them my business!

Sold a bad dress with coffee stains on it and did not give the rope for the waist with dress also they by purposely sell the dress accessories separate when it came with it.

The quality of the satin is very bad. I took a piece for $170. Everything is printed on it. If you hold it, even drops of water. The fabric itself will be torn from threads from the first wear and the first hour. I advise you not to buy
