What can I say about this place but..Wow! Very professional and kind.I took my car into the body shop due to a hit and run and they did an EXCELLENT job putting my car together and making it look like new again. Great experience with the Service Representative, Ronald Smith, and the mechanic who worked on my vehicle, who has a name I just dont know what it is! I have a 2011 Buick LaCrosse, so its seasoned, I accidentally killed my HVAC, I dont know what it is really, but I couldnt turn my heat or a/c on, and after 2 repair shops and paying for labor without the car actually being fixed, I finally gave in and decided to take it to Superior Buick (Dearborn, MI) and they were able to do what two repair shops couldnt. Superior Buick serviced and fixed my car just in the knick of time for cold and brutal Michigan winters. I appreciate them for taking such great care of my car and providing amazing customer service!

My windshield wipers have not been working properly since I drove out of the dealership and have stopped working in the rain and snow numerous times. I have almost gotten in to numerous accidents on the freeway. Corporate won’t help and I have had no success with the dealership. I am terrified every time it rains or snows. Sharing my experience so others are aware and to make sure to test all aspects of the vehicle before driving out of the dealership. :(. To be honest I would NOT recommend this dealership and would find somewhere that treats customers fairly and addresses safety issues.

Melissa Bauer was the salesperson who waited on my wife and myself and we were completely satisfied with everything Melissa put into the whole transaction. She was very professional as well as being very friendly throughout the entire process. I used to sell cars in the late 60s and midway into the 70s and know how important it is for a salesperson to connect with a customer and I feel that Melissa has an A-1 personality to deal with people. My salesperson Gabriel was the best. I just recently bought a 2019 Yukon from this dealership. And I am very impressed with the care the patience and the professionalism that was given unto me and my husband. I felt like I probably gave them a hard time because I could not decide on which color Yukon that I wanted because I just came out of one. But despite all that they took very good care of me and I appreciate them and will definitely recommend all my friends and family to them. As well as I will be returning when my lease is up to buy another vehicle from Gabriel.

I ordered a window applique for a 2017 lacrosse from this dealership on 9/15/2019. I was told that instead of the usual 2-5 day wait to get my part that it might take a little longer due to the strike. Well I figured no big deal even if it takes 100% percent longer thats still a 10 day wait. Its 11/7, the strike is over and I have yet to receive my part. I made numerous calls to this dealership and to GM with no end in sight. I have never experienced anything like this with any other company. And to make matters worse I received a message on 10/31 saying that they are reordering the part for me. REORDERING a part that was ordered and paid for 6 weeks ago on 9/15. I will never do business with GM again and advise anyone who doesnt want to deal with something like this to do the same. NEVER AGAIN GMC

Very professional and friendly staff. I was greeted right when I walked in. The owner of the dealership happened to be there when I purchased a vehicle, and he came up to us and said hello and congrats as we were finishing costs and purchase. A very nice gentleman helped us transfer everything from one car to another, answered all our questions, and gave us a run down on the vehicle. They gave us the best price around for a 3 year lease. No one else could come closer.I would definitely recommend to a friend, thanks superior!

Don’t bother dropping your car off to be fixed since you’ll just waste your time. I have a video of my car that you can CLEARLY hear a grinding noise and clunking when turning the wheel. The dealership kept my car overnight, claimed multiple people drove it, which would be correct since BOTH my driver AND passenger seats were low riding, and since they couldn’t duplicate the noise they didn’t do anything to fix it. Ok sure! Hope this review costs you A LOT of business, since you guys clearly didn’t help.

My experience at superior Buick GMC was not as pleasant as i wanted it to be. I end up getting a vehicle from them. Unfortunately I received the car without a spare key. They promised me that they will give it to me the next day and it has been 6 month and I still havent received it. They have false promises i spoke to the manager to see where my other key and whats the status about it and he just brushed me off. I wouldnt recommend this place to nobody else.

This is the worst dealership experience that I have ever had. Dan (sales manager) and Abe (salesman) are complete con artists. Abe told me that my vehicle had a feature that it did not. When I discovered that it did not have this feature, within 2 days of taking delivery of the vehicle, he denied it (of course) and said he’s call me back. Abe never called me back. It took a voicemail saying that I was going to come in for Dan to call me back. He told me he’d look into everything and call me back in a specific date. This date came and went with no return call. These people will tell you anything to sell you a car. Don’t be fooled by thier adds promising low payments. It’s not worth the heartache. The complete and utter lack of professionalism is awe inspiring.

Horrible customer service.. very rude employees at service department. Been trying to resolve an issue with a faulty part they installed on a 2019 vehicle. They kept my vehicle for over a month with no progress. Never called to tell me anything about it. I finally picked up my vehicle and still issue not resolved. I called several times to be giving the run around. They constantly tell me that the manager is out or on vacation and that they call me back. 3 months later Im still with out my part on vehicle and they still have no definite answers for me.. I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst service department I have ever felt with . I would rather drive an hour away to get my vehicle fixed next time..

I was in the market to lease a 2018 Acadia. I visited Superior GMC’s website and started messaging with a rep via click-to-chat, we then decided that a phone call was necessary. When the representative called, I was told that they have the 2018 Acadia with in colors that I wanted. I then made an appointment to visit the dealership the same day. Upon my arrival Superior only had one 2018 Acadia and it was NOT the vehicle(s) discussed on the phone with the representative. The phone conversation was extremely deceiving vs what the dealership had in actual stock. The gentleman that I was working with apologized and did make an attempt to help me find a vehicle via dealer trade from another GMC dealership. I was and still am open to leasing a 2018 Arcadia, unfortunately I have been trying to stay in contact/communication with the dealership for the past 2 ½ weeks to no available. I call my assigned representative, and my calls are not answered. When I call into the main line I speak to different representatives and no one properly follows up with me. I have been leasing cars for years and have never encountered such negative customer service.

Bought a 2015 Yukon from used car sales. Paid their asking price, which was comptetive with other dealers. No special favors or deals. I only purchased from them because they had what I was specifically looking for. I found a few things wrong prior to signing of Yukon. Front end alignment, they fixed before I pulled off of lot. The doors also had small dents and there was no user manual. My salesman promised to take care of this. It took over a month of me asking my sales guy to get dents fixed. I was tasked with working with dent wizard to get this done myself. Salesman said he ordered and mailed my user manual, 2 months later still no manual. Finally he emails me a electronic copy, when I ask about the one he mailed, he said he thought it would be easier to just email. I tell him I want the book manual he supposedly ordered and get no response. Called the manager and he hasnt followed through with their commitment either. Not only that, they said the Yukon was cleaned out and ready to go day of purchase, which wasnt true it had old milk in the cup holders and stains on fabric in back seat, and windshield was dirty. Shame on me for not looking closer. I had to take it back to be cleaned. Im giving these guys 2 stars. They say what needs to be said to sell. I dont like being lied too. Ill update my review when they do what is right. My sales guys name was Jacob.

I went to other Dealerships looking for a car and I kept going back to Superior Buick.Norman was very helpful when I was looking for a car even when I wasnt sure that I wanted a Lacrosse. He was very patient while I decided on my purchase (lease). He showed me all the features on the Lacrosse that I didnt have on my Regal and he always returned my phone call when I had questions about the car. When I having a hard time getting to the dealership due to my job, Norman came to my office so that I could sign the leasing papers. I have only had my car 2 weeks, and he has followed up to be sure that things are good with my purchase and to make sure if I had any questions he could answer them. Most Sales Consutlants dont go out of their way for the customer but Norman does. Great Sale Consultant. I have a lease and I went in to get my windshield wipers and washer fluid fixed and the representative who’s name is Carlo H. Was very unwelcoming and treated me with no sense of respect although I maintained composure and respect towards him. He came with a wrench and screw driver to fix my windshield wiper nearly breaking the cap that exposes the bolts and tightened up one of the bolts and told me you are all set. Although it did fix the wiper blade my washer fluid still does not spray out and he seemed as though he did not want to service me because my car has a small dent in the front bumper or I do not know what else his reasoning is for being so disrespectful. What I do know is that due to his lack of respect I will never go back there again and I will never recommend any of my family and friends to go there for any reason.

Terrible service... On my way to work, I stopped by their location on Michigan Avenue in Dearborn to have them check the tire-pressure sensor error message (which I know for a fact that it typically takes 5 minutes to diagnose) and they wanted to charge me $120 service fee and hold the car for a week - or have me come back in couple weeks or so. I tried to explain to the mechanic what the issue but me doing that is already a concern. It is easy to dismiss this and say that it is just one employee, but having interacted with various company executives and business, I have seen and learned that once a companys good reputation is damaged, it cant be easily repaired.

I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted in a very friendly manner on arrival and was told it would take about 45 minutes. it actually only took about 25 minutes, and I was quite pleased with that. I got my car, one of the service people directed me out while watching for oncoming traffic, and I was on my way in what seemed like no time at all.

Today, I visited this superior used car dealership and I was looking for a car in my price range and the manager I dealt with (Chris) was amazing! He showed me a couple different cars that were right in my price range and I left with exactly what I had in mind. Im very pleased with my experience. I will be back in the future and Ill make sure all my friends know about this place!!

I went in to them with the hopes of buying a new car. i had pre approval from a finance company and told my sales person Melissa before I sat down.She still ran me through there places. That was not to upsetting because she was trying to get me a better deal. They wanted to offer me a used car or a new car with nothing but a remote starter just not the Envision I wanted, the 2019 Envision. Her manager comes out to say to me my finance company approved me for the 2019 Envision but I need $2465 down. I was approved for zero down but I believed him so I went home to try and get the rest of the money. I decided to call the finance company because of the down payment to find the manager had lied to to line his pockets. The finance company told me they did not require a down payment at all. I was approved for the whole amount. I was really shocked, I am so glad I went home and called the finance company before going back with $2000. People do your homework!!Superior Buick has some shading characters working there.I went to Lafontaine Ann Arbor and put no money down and drove off the lot with a 2019 Envision Essence better than what superior was offering me.DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND ALL WAYS DOUBLE CHECK THE LIES.

I bought my vehicle from this dealership and I was very pleased with my purchase at the time. Since then I have been going to the service department for things such as tire rotation and oil change. Today I go to the dealership and I got my tire repair because I had a flat tire on yesterday. I ask these people in this dealership the service department to rotate my tires because the front tires are wearing uneven compared to the back. Now keep in mind I got a oil change sometime ago and I asked them to rotate the tires at that time. At that time they did not rotate the tires either. So today I asked them while they were repairing the tire could they rotate them as well so that they could wear even. Now I understand that they close at a certain time today because today is Saturday but that does not take away from the fact that I asked for service that I did not receive. I do have to say they changed the tire and repaired the flat tire but they did not rotate the tires. They also check the thread and witness that the front tires are wearing lower than the back they even verbalize to me that the tires are wearing uneven. Well I know Im not the smartest person but if you are telling me that the tires are wearing uneven but youre not going to rotate the tires because the best tire should be on the back of the vehicle this is where I start to wonder what type of service department is this. Basically they did not rotate the tires as I requested. The next thing they did was went around my vehicle and told me that I had three damaged areas and of course they marked it on the service sheet. So then I asked where are you seeing the damage Im only aware of one so then we walk around the vehicle in the service man cannot even tell me where the other to damage spots were. All he stated was that somebody told him that it was three damage spots. Now mind you I am leasing this vehicle and Im starting to wonder are they starting to try to get money from me. Now I feel like they are trying to have my front tires wear down so that I have to purchase new ones by the time the lease is up in February. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this company Superior GMC Dearborn.

I took my car in to have the rotors done and My SEATS were way back (Im short and so are my passengers) why did both seats have to be let back for rotors? Both side mirrors were moved as well as the rearview mirror my radio station was on 9.55 the heat was off and the air was on, someone else key pad was in my car the lighter/charger port was up and splashes of liquid by the dashboard and console. I just got the car up until a few days ago Ive literally been in and out for work, I havent had time to make the changes that were made for me. I only received rotors now Im thinking why was it necessary for all the other changes to be made! I dont think that, that was apart of the service? It was only there overnight, I guess that was to long. Smh

Salesman did some shady things to get me to close on my new truck purchase. I didnt realize it until a month or so later after looking at some invoicing. Tried to contact the sales manager about it and apparently he doesnt return phone calls. A few months into owning my truck I have had 6 trips to the service dept. to correct major issues. Beware of the service department. They are slow and do below standard work. They spilled fluids all over my engine, left pieces of my truck just laying on the floor and didnt put panels back how they go (left my door panel loose because they broke clips and just left it that way). This is a brand new truck, not a used vehical. Will never use this dealer again. Go anywhere but here.

Extremely disappointed! Salesperson Gaberiel is very dishonest. I work 70 hours a week and barely have time to see my kids. I mentioned that to him over the phone. V I asked him several times if he can check the buyout for my car over the phone and I had a lease inspection done two days prior to his phone call. I went to the dealership and they never even looked at my car they called GM financial and determined that they did not want to buy the car out. It all could’ve been done over the phone.
