My family and I love bath and body works and it products. Today at this store it was insane. Very very bad customer service from staff and the manager as well. I spent over $1200 in the store still I was treated poorly. I had four full carry big bag, and I can’t take the to cashier side at once, they are too heavy, i asked an employee to help she refused, and refused to walk two of them till I take the other two… imagine and the store cart was in the middle of the store and they refused me to use it. I ask another employee for a hand and she refused as well. Crazy I swear. Eventually I had to carry them my self. At the cashier I told them I am going to buy and take half of them to my car and come back to the other half, They conditioned me that I have only five minutes lol and sad … talking about this store specifically. I hope I can make a formal complain to corporate but how.

I was just about out my smell goodsSo i decided to pay a visit to Fairlane Mall for the first time during covid -19 to my surprise it was more people shopping then I thought. Your customer service was awesome not to mention your deals Thanks for all the help. 😊

Everyone is friendly and the store is clean. They make sure to limit how many people are in there to ensure social distancing. So you may have to wait to get in but I appreciate them helping protect their customers and love not feeling overcrowded in the store. And omg check out the strawberry pound cake scents! I bought a car scent, hand soap and room spray in this scent. Heaven ❤

I haven’t been to Fairlane in a while but I visited yo pick up items from BBW. I’d forgotten how delectable and decadent the soap and body lotion fragrances are. Adhering to social distancing and mask, I was able to shop and pay for my items hassle free. Country apple and vanilla pumpkin are wonderful. I hope you stop by and pick up your favorites. Leave a comment on your favorite or make a suggestion on what you think I should try. Two thumbs up for BBW!

Not crowded at all the sales were pretty good.

Customer service is horrible. One of the employees stared at me most of time as if I was going to steal something. It made me very uncomfortable. I called the next day to complain and was put on hold for a long time by a manager. I finally hung up and called the corporate office.

Love this place! I always find what I’m really looking for. It has a variety of fragrance options including body sprays, hand and body lotions, and candles. Quick and exceptional service, always good prices, great sales, and good quality items. The store is very organized, and clean. The shelves are well stocked. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is the right place to pick out holiday gifts. Overall, I really enjoy to shop at this store. I will definitely check it out in the near future.

You cant just walk past a bath and body works. they have some amazing fragrances and super amazing deals. Their collection of bath bombs and candles is the best and they have a pretty good range of products for men too. The staff are super helpful without being over intruding

The store is WAY TOO SMALL !!! There is no room for shoppers to browse. There is product stuffed everywhere. They just have a few products of certain objects on display. They do greet you well but there is no room for you to walk and if one of the employees try to help you find something... They should also have a place where they should have some of their retired scents. I love the products, it is just TOO SMALL!!

I love this place so much because the employees are so friendly and nice they send me coupons in the mail to save more on their products and the store smells so good and sweet you can sample all the scents from spray bottles, body wash, and skin products and soap. This place reminds me of my own home i didnt want to go to my own home i wanted to stay here i had so much fun and i was excited with a great experience just being here so cool!

Im leaving 2 stars i wouldve left more but I didn’t because i need them to do proper training with employees on how to interact with customers and not treat them like criminals... i walked in the store with my baby stroller and a couple of the employees watched me from the time i walked in until I decided i wanted nothing and walked out... i have NEVER IN MY LIFE FELT SO UNWELCOME AND LOW IN MY LIFE AND I LOVE YOUR STORE.. i only went in because during my pregnancy I couldn’t wear anything scented and was excited to finally be able to do so and catch the semi annual sales but after this idk if i will even order online .. but i doubt i will step foot back in that location or any of the locations..

The ONLY BBW I will shop at. The staff is nice, ESPECIALLY Ms.Kathy. Shes an older black lady with glasses and she is so friendly. I love when shes working because she always helps me out especially with BBW candles. Ill describe a scent and Ms. Kathy will know exactly what candle holds that scent, will lead you too it and shell be spot on! Again, great BBW store, great staff and great products.
