I ordered a cookie and cream shake and they gave me cookies 🍪 cream with milk 🥛I was suppose to get cookies and cream with ice cream !! Normally when you get cookies and cream they are Oreo cookies crushed up with ice cream and whip cream!They gave me two chocolate chip cookies mixed it up with milk and put some whip cream on top. I will tell you that that shit was water down . I love their cookies 🍪 but their shakes are awful ☹️

I was here last year and after Thanks Giving! They feel in love with my child. And we got a bucket of nibbles! Yes way to Good. I will get a birthday cookie to! Who needs cake!

This is really disgusting place to get something to eat. I went to get a coffee. First of all it was way more over-priced, I thought it could be special or too good. Upon tasting that I had to throw that into the garage straight away. I wont be going there. Ever!

I always get cookies for my babies when i go to the mall, today i wanted to buy some for my baby and when my baby went up to the window and pointed at which cookie she wanted and touched the glass. The women working there got mad and said i just clean it no get back. I will no longer get cookies from this place again.

The worst experience. I never write reviews but just had to say something. I just left store . The young lady there did not even acknowledge me. I went to get coffee and cookies, and to get price for giant cookie for my daughters birthday. Not only was I ignored, but she acknowledged a white patron that came up as I was leaving. Felt very offended. I will be calling management today. And will never do business there. I will be sharing this experience. Wow. Racism alive and well. By the way I work two jobs in retail.

Inside Fairlane mall I visited mrs. Fields twice. I put my bag of mrs. Fields cookies on the back of my granddaughters stroller and when I got to my car, the cookies were gone. Cant blame you Cookie Bandit they are great!

I always found most of the employees at this location to be very unfriendly, rude, and short- tempered. Now, as far the the products go, the cookies and brownies with frosting on them are very dry!....Almost inedible. When I asked them how long they had been sitting out they replied: from last night. Thats impossible!!! Tasted more like they had been baked 4-5 days before. Its terrible that you pay good money for these products and you dont get good quality baked goods. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Find another location if you really love their products.

I will start by saying, I have never written a review for any establishment, no matter how great their service or food. However, this Mrs. Fields is cause for exception. I was in need of a cookie basket for work and after calling every single other Mrs. Fields in the metro-Detroit area, I came across this one. Every single other store turned me down, despite their advertisements for such baskets, except for Shirely, the owner. She not only AGREED to make the basket for me, but she went COMPLETELY out of her way to accommodate my request. She actually went out to Michaels to buy the basket, ribbon, and other materials… ON HER DAY OFF! It was a sincerely nice touch and some of the best costumer service I have ever experienced.Thank you Shirley and the Mrs. Fields team! :)
