Quality of the caps are good but customer service is inadequate.One gentleman was legit helping a customer where another was just shooting the breeze with people who were either helped already or not purchasing. I spent nearly 30 minutes in store just ordering the cap i wanted. When i was helped the individual helping me was distracted.I was told i would get a call back when the cap was done since it was a custom piece but it never came.

The hats there are usually expensive and are mostly caps. But the staff there are very helpful.

Fairlane Lids store is the worst store to deal with. Horrible customer service. Hats were ordered 4 weeks ago. 3 trips, hours in store still not here. Even though the call came 3 times that they were in. Employee does not help the cisomer who cane in first, he helps who he pleases. Then he jumps from customer to customer. I work in customer service. You wait on the person who was there first and finish with them before moving onto the next customer

Rude....There where two employees working when we enter neither spoke I continued to look one of the workers came and stood in the area I was looking in again did not address my presence...Instead engaged in conversation about store products and stocking the store after about ten minutes I gave up on receiving any customer service I basically had to squeeze my way around the employee to put a hat back..Smh extremely rude they talked amongst themselves the entire time was in the store and most of that was complaining about work that had to be done...

They never call me to let me know my items are done. This last visit had shoddy work. It looked bad. I was really out done at how bad the work was.
