Ive worked in retail for 10 years and Ive never had such laughable service in my life. The gumpy, balding man (seemed like he was trying to cover up his hair loss) who helped me was telling me about a product and he was clearly making things up and had no knowledge of the supplement I was asking for. Completely appalling, super creepy and weird vibes. I guess the visit was worth the laugh I got to have on the way home in the car. Do not waste your time going here.

Theres a sign on the door that states masks are required but on two separate occasions the employees were not wearing masks and refused to when requested. He stated the sign is on the door but you dont have to wear one if you dont want to pretty ironic for a store that is supposed to promote health and wellness and has immune system booster advertising all over the storefront.

A convenient place to shop for vitamins and nutritional supplements. The place is organized. The staff are informative, knowledgeable, and courteous. The prices are good. It has a wide variety of nutritional supplements as well as multivitamins, minerals, hair and skin supplements. I highly recommend this GNC.

If there is 0 star i wouldve used it, the guy who work there was totally bad person. I asked for omega 3 oil pills that doesnt contain gelatin, the guy kept on talking. And i told him if you dont have it that is OK, i will look in a different store. And he started to talk bad trying to start a fight. I called the regional manager for Gnc but his attitude was well i will look into it... I dont recommend going there.

This store is just amazing. They have good prices and a good staff! I was able to buy items that fit my budget perfectly and the guy working there, I think his name was Moe, was very professional when it came to negotiating prices. Ive been to many GNCs before, but none of them top this one. This GNC in Dearborn was not only professional, but clean and organized, as well. One of my biggest pet peeves is when a certain store has a dirty atmosphere. But, this store was very approachable and so were the staff. I recommend this GNC 100%!!

Prices getting too high

They charge alot. Better check prices online before buying anything from them. He is a really nice guy but do not trust him. I bought a protein shake, and he told me he give me 30% discount but what happened he charged me more than the regular price. After 3days I went and bought a box protein bar the same guy charged me $10 more from the online price, that was his price with 20% discount(card he gave me the first time). I couldnt believe when I was checking the prices online.DO NOT GO THERE. IF YOU GO THERE CHECK THE PRICES ONLINE FIRST.

Great vitamins and staff

I went to gnc on Ford road in dearborn and the gentleman that helped me Moe was his name if I recall was very knowledgeable and respectful. I came in for a product for preworkout not knowing exactly what I wanted he explained different products and helped me choose one that was good for me. Overall I would very highly recommend this GNC Ford Rd and Greenfield. You are the best.

I went this GNC yesterday in search for HCG drops. The owner of the store told me they were $80 but hell give them to me for $60. $60 was a little pricey but I paid and left out. Something wasnt sitting right in my spirit so I called another GNC and they had the product for $49.95. I immediately walked back in and got $10 back! Im still super annoyed because I dont like to be hustled. Make SURE you research the product and the price points before you go to this GNC!!! They are scammers!
