I had a great experience with A&A. I came in a timely manner. Diagnose my problem, did the repairs at a reasonable price. I was very impressed with professionalism and respect of the worker. I highly recommend them.

I have called this company for my air conditioning going out on more than one occasion and everytime they respond quickly or called me back within the hour and came the same day and in a good enough time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Does not know how to talk to people when conducting business. My wife asked him numerous times to keep calm because he was being disrespectful in front of our children. Tried to to charge us $379 to tell us what was wrong instead of fixing it. And then gave us a basic thermostat from our digital thermostat. Can I talk to your supervisor that you said I can talk to the day of. It has been several days and I still have not heard from him.

WOW! Beyond excellent service! Tech showed up 40 minutes later just as he stated in our phone conversation. Had the problem diagnosed within 15 minutes and completely fixed in under 3 hours! He was polite, honest and straightforward. Highly recommended!
