Very rude staff. They enjoy barking at people pretending they cannot hear because of facemasks. Then shoved ice cream at me and talked about me behind my back saying I was annoying standing there for my mobile order. Ghetto and unprofessional they lost a customer

The young girl got my order wrong I asked for a small cone she gave me a large cone I didnt recognize it to halfway eating it.

Waited in line over 10 minutes literally no one is here, they wont pick up the phone. Could leave a sign saying on break or something, but no, just no one here. Absolutely unprofessional

During my recent visit to Detroit I stopped by the Dairy Queen at Fairlane Mall. The line was very long and I noticed a very pleasant young lady named Diamond was servicing the customers alone. I noticed several other workers were just sitting and not assisting her with getting the line down!! I was very impressed with her courtesy and professionalism. Im giving this review 5 stars because of the customer service provided by this young lady. She is a great example of how young people should take pride in their jobs. She should be commended for her hard work. Others should take note!!

I love this place and today i ordered a smoothie and when i was looking at the lady making it, i noticed she didn’t wear any gloves while cutting up the strawberry’s and bananas. i still love their drinks and everything else but that just disgusted me.

Who doesnt love a sweet treat every now and then. The people here are friendly, good customer service.

Always a must go for desert cravings, always have had DQ in my life and I say its one of my favorite places to go in the need of some ice cream.

Their Fish Sandwich and The Strawberry Shake are a Great Combination.I grew up going to this Dairy Queen, enjoying The Blue Raspberry or Pink Champagne Slushies.

Heres the thing, the beverages are great BUT they have a VERY SERIOUS problem with washing their hands. What I mean is that you have to ASK them to wash their hands before serving you or theyll contaminate EVERYTHING in the kitchen, including the ice, and serve you drain contaminated beverages. Yes, I said that. Theyre pull used containers out of the sink and make your order in them. I caught it my last time there. This is a serious food poisoning risk. The hand washing station is always bone dry unless a senior team member is working. You can tell too because the basin is ashy. Its that dry - and dirty.

The ice cream wasnt bad. By no means ideal, but the taste was pretty good, the variety of icecream available was varied sufficiently. However, although it is a chain. It cost a bit for icecream, compared to comparable icecream at McDonalds for instance. But it was of better quality so it makes up for it.

Love ice cream at this place. Banana split is my favorite

I wish I could put a ZERO!!!! The old lady (cashier) with all the make up has a real NASTY attitude. How do you greet someone with a attitude, no Goodmorning hello nothing! It is to early to be that damn madd already.... Nm. I will never come back!
