Just picked up my snow blower machine and was beyond shocked to hear the price of $128 for cleaning the carburetor, which shouldn’t cost no more than 40-60$. In addition to that, I was accused of loosening up the screws and removing tubes, and pieces from the engine that needed to be “tightened and replaced”. Of course that did not happen, but the owner was convinced that my father and I did. This comes to show that the owner is succeeding at over charging, lying, taking advantage of his customers to benefit his own pockets. I will definitely be checking my machine and comparing the parts he said he replaced with the owners manual to further prove the owner is lying and stealing from myself, and other customers.

Tried to scam me out of $150 by telling me my burnt spark plug (a $7 fix) was a ruined carburetor. This Man, excuse me, COWARD, is the most rude guy ever! After taking my lawnmower back in for the 2nd time and explaining it ruined the first time I used it since he fixed it, he told me Yeah Right! Then said he cant get to it till next week. (Today is Tuesday)I paid $120 for nothing!There is a Lawnmower repair shop on the North side of the 16000 block of W. Warren, save yourself time and hassle, go there.

All I can say is QUALITY WORK AND GREAT SERVICE!!! This guy REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF!!! If you need ANY SMALL ENGINE worked on, you can ALWAYS count on him to do the VERY BEST JOB!!! If it can be fixed, IT WILL BE!!! Thank you for your service to our neighborhood!!!

Run!!! Every negative comment is true.100% rude.I told him what was wrong with it, then when it was possible something else could have been wrong with it that I had no knowledge of, he said he felt he was deceived. Wouldnt walk 5 ft from behind the counter to look at my engine, and when I took two steps into the counter he told me to get back. Absolutely terrible way to run a business.Charged $37 for a pull cord that took 10 minutes to fix.

I have taken my large snowblower ( last year ) and my leaf blower recently, both fixed within 2 days at a great rate. Nothing but outstanding service. If you need a yard machine fixed, this is the place to go !!!!

To avoid a wasted trip I decided to call first to let them know what kind of problem with my lawn machine I was having and if they could take a look at it and possibly repair it. The guy on the phone said I would have to drop it off and leave it for a day or two. I said is there a charge for that and he sarcastically said something to the effect that everything in this world cost blah, blah, blah. I hung up, thought about it, called back and said to him I was expecting you to give me a price/estimate not a lecture on economics. He was very flippant and said yeah. Before ending the call I said its obvious you dont want my business, dont worry you wont get it. This is my experience and based on it I would not recommend or refer anyone to go there for service.Have a nice day

Worst place !!!!! They are way over priced, rude, liers, racist and they exaggerate how long it took them to fix my generator when its a simple job. worst customer service I have ever seen. I recomend you take it somewhere else even if you have to drive, believe me your still saving money and time !!

Dishonest person and refuses service!

I wish I could give a lower rating than one star. The guy running the joint is a crook. Hell exaggerate the work scope and over charge for the job. He took advantage of my elderly father and charged him 3x the going rate. Stay away from this place at all cost.
