Never in my life have I experience such a difficult time from buying a refrigerator I’ve brought this one on the 7/07 thinking that I would be okay in beleave it or not the owner came our to my house in told me that it was the outlet let alone I switch the outlet in brought a 25 cord on 8/6/2021 he told me to wait 3 days to see if it work it was all a game to them don’t ever by from them please it’s not worth it let alone the tech came out to claim in fix to see if was a problem fix it in it will still something wrong they know they is wrong but I’m definitely in the process of sending them to court I also have proof of everthing I had to throw all my food away small story short today is 8/09 2021 they said they was going to send someone out they never showed unprofessional people

My mom bought a fridge and the delivery guys scratch it and it didn’t work when we called they said it wasn’t they responsibility don’t go there plis

Great deals great buys cmon guys you know the deal its like a appliance version of Burlington or aj Wright you get what you pay for the price speaks for itself stop putting these people down

Do not buy from these place they sale appliances that do not work. When you tell them this the owner Al gets upset and yells and curses at you. I brought a fridge on Monday they delivered it on Tuesday and I called them Wednesday to tell them the fridge did not work. The owner got all upset and started yelling saying it has to work. So I continue to explain to him that it in fact did not so he said he would send a technician to look at it. At 8:15pm the technician called to say that he could not make and needed to reschedule for another day. I called the owner the next morning and told him that he technician never showed up and he’s starts yelling I know because he has a second job. He refused to give me my money back and basically said he’s not doing anything because he doesn’t have to. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
