This was by far the best experience I have had while looking to make a big purchase. My wife and I were looking to buy a new fridge and possibly a washer and dryer. We went in and Sean greeted us and showed us the appliances they had and told us all about them. He was very helpful and normally my wife and I aren’t a big fan of being helped in a store we just want to browse on our own but we were so thankful Sean was there because he knew everything there was to know about the different appliances and he was able to help us choose what was best for us without trying to pressure us into purchasing anything. If you ever go be sure to request him and you’ll have the best sales experience you’ve ever had.

Like my washer and dryer but never again at this store. Saturday bought it from a pushy overbearing salesman who would tell you anything to make a sale and add a warranty but I knew what I wanted so overlooked that. Promised delivery on Wed say both are in stock and when told of a water valve problem said our guys can change it out if you have a new one. Wed. Call to tell us dryer is not in stock so they put the floor model on truck if we want it. My husband called Andrew the manager about it and mentioned the water valve. “Oh no we don’t do that. Get there with them I look at dryer and it’s a cheaper model not the one I chose. They promise to bring the right one on Thursday. Thursday get a call about the time they’re coming the dryer is on the truck but has a big dent in it. Call the manager again and his response is “ It’s not my fault “. We tell him we want a new one and he tells us he will get it to us Tuesday evening. Tuesday morning my husband calls and he says it’s on the truck and will be there between 4 and 8. My husband called about 5 and asked if they could give us an estimated time and they rudely told him no. At 8 I called and Andrew answered when I asked about delivery he said let me check and put me on hold. 30 min later I hung up and called back. They were like oh it wasn’t on the truck today. I asked to speak to Andrew he answered said he was still checking out me on hold for another 10 min till I hung up. Called back through a mini fit which I never do and was told it was never out for delivery on Tuesday they would bring it Wednesday evening. I told them that would not work I wanted first delivery on Wednesday at this point I was no longer being nice I admit. The boy they put on the phone told me they couldn’t do that to customers they had promised delivery to. REALLY!! I asked that Andrew call me back. Someone named Max called me back finally and told me mine was scheduled was first round on Wednesday and he was give me a close time when he called me back right after 9 the next morning. I finally called him about 9:30 and at about 11:30 they finally showed up to install them.

Visited Electronic express today after running all over town looking for a simple cell phone at a low price to activate for my husband. with no progress at all and more aggravation because of the lack of customer service skills and knowledge of phones and services, I decided to go to electronic express where I was greeted immediately after entering the store and let the associate Sam George know exactly what I was looking for and the price range and this gentlemen not only directed me to the phones in which he provided a variety with full clear explanation of the products and services needed, and he did this by listening to my request and having patience. I was very pleased and satisfied and purchased the phone desired with ease. I will definitely frequent Electronic express for my electronic needs in the near future because of the great customer service I received today. Thank you young man

The appliance manager was great. Haven’t met him in person but he gave me free delivery including installment over the phone when I called asking about dryers I had seen online... came in on a Monday to take a look at the dryers, found one and had it delivered Thursday of that same week. The girl who took care of us was great too. I had my two toddlers with me at the store and she never seemed to be irritated. She was completely playful with them and even after we finished purchasing the dryer, She would continue to play with them as we looked around the store(:Delivery day came and even though ETA was completely off, it was worth the wait. Even after calling about 3 -4 times to make sure the dryer would still be delivered that day on Thursday, Noah and Andrew never made me feel like I was bugging them, which I probably was lol they reassured me my dryer would be delivered that day. Our delivery/installment guy, Benjamin Palmer, was awesome. He introduced himself, explained what he would be doing, and got to work. He was in an out in about 15-10 minutes! I’m definitely coming back for more purchases (:

Searching for a washer&dryer and intentionally went to this store thinking it would be a professional experience. 1 star is being generous - the employees are unprofessional and act like its a fraternity. One guy had red underwear using it as a mask and thought it was funny. One other guy didnt know anything about washer or dryers and didnt offer to find anyone to help. This business wants you to spend thousands, but cant manage their staff to be professionals. Spare the craziness and go somewhere else.

I called earlier this week about a washer and was made to believe they had it in stock, as in there were four washers in the store. Not four washers in the warehouse. Nothing was mentioned about it being ordered from a warehouse. When I got there today to buy it, it had to be ordered from the warehouse and is going to be another week before I can get it delivered. The guy helping me didnt seem to know much and had to ask several employees questions. Im hoping he is new. They also seemed to be uncertain if the washer was in stock in the warehouse. If it gets to delivery date and its not in stock. Ill be requesting a refund.

At the end of the day we decided to go to electronic express to look. We got good service and a fair deal and I am very pleased. Pass up the orange store and blue store from big companies and go straight to Electronic Express. I will next time.

The manager in that branch was very rude and impolite and said to me that I can paint the scrash and used it. I called tennessee to talk to him but they did not any help. After several call, I found that they do not help anymore. Finally, I stopped by in electronic express and the manager over there was very nice and said to me do you want to change or return? I chosed return and full refund. I am happy that I bought the brand new washing maching from best buy. I will not buy or recommend electronic express to other people any more.....

We came looking for a refrigerator and found what we wanted right away, Trish stepped in and got our paperwork whooped on and arranged delivery for Thursday but we hoped to be able to arrange pick up to get it brought home asap...Bingo, done deal and I have a gorgeous new refrigerator in place that is larger than the one we had! Their guys will come out on Thursday to switch the door over to open on the opposite side and we will be even happier. Yall Ive never shopped and found what I wanted and completed a purchase as quickly as we did today! What a sweet lady to do business with, Im so happy to have met her. Bought a refrigerator from store in Decatur, Noah was awesome, patient, professional and very knowledgeable. The delivery guys went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this store.

Electronic Express in Huntsville was advertising a PS4 bundle for $279. I contacted the Huntsville location’s manager and was informed that the bundle was still available. Upon arriving to Electronic Express, I was informed that the deal had ended and it was now $329. This is after speaking to the manager prior to making the drive. No apology from the manager that gave me the incorrect information. The manager simply stated that the bundle was available but the price had changed. Wasted trip, wasted time. The same item is cheaper than their current price at Target. Don’t waste your time. I have pics of the conversation and pics of the advertisement. I’ve asked that the DM call me but haven’t received a phone call nor a response from the manager. Poor professionalism, poor communication and poor customer service. Should be zero stars.

Always have a great experience in this store. The employees are friendly and helpful. They have all the coolest gadgets.When I bought a charger today they offered to open the package for me with their scissors and allowed me to charge my phone before getting back on my bike. I sat in their massage chairs while waiting and the manager got me a bottled water from their break room.I am currently homeless and their kindness warmed my heart. You never know when someone needs a smile and Electronic Express truly made a difference for me today.

You work hard for your money and deserve respect wherever you spend it. Under the current management of this store you would be better off burning your money than spending it here. Take the time to drive to the Huntsville store where the staff appreciate you choosing their store. Decatur staff are rude, condescending and outright crass to say the least. If you want any quality of decent customer service from Decatur staff they will have to replace most of them to do so. Ive been in customer service myself for over 20 years and have never seen such horrible treatment by so called professionals.

I went in with my parents to try and purchase a new sound system for our house. Everyone was so helpful. The prices were great and we couldnt get over how helpful the associates were. Great place to shop hands on and see in person the quality of electronics. We have purchased five TVs in the last few years and it has ways been a pleasant experience. My favorite part is side by side comparison of the TVs. We could spend hours in that store shopping. They also have mattresses and my wife fell in love with one.

Went to buy a new refrigerator. After walking through all the refrigerator one of the employees asked can he help us. I said no yall dont have what Im looking for. He said we probably do. I told him its to late now cause we looked at everyone they have. Told him I rather take my business elsewhere since we have already looked at all of them. I was walking out as he was smarting off about how many hours he has worked. I dont recommend buying anything from here. I will not spend my money here since I wasnt good enough the first 30 minutes here. Be different if they was busy but they wasnt at all. They was to busy chatting among themselves rather than help a customer. Customer Service is your top priority.

Patricia was very friendly and knowledgable about the products I was interested in. She took extra time to ensure she had the lowest price in the area so I got the best possible price on what I wanted. She didnt attempt to oversell and in a couple of cases, she suggested the less expensive option that provided the features I wanted. Will definitely go to her again. Rated a 4 only because the pro was was a little slow.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Purchased a dryer from this store 9 months ago. Dryer not heating up. Called the store to see if they could help point me in the right direction. Those folks couldnt even give me the correct extended warranty telephone number! Its not like I can RETURN it to their store! No level of accountability. Go to best buy. You might get better treatment.

The customer service is always wonderful. The associate, April Barton, has always helped me each time I have went into the store. Shes extremely nice and very helpful to give you answers youre needing on anything you buy! I highly recommend visiting this location and even asking for her help. Horrible service, I went to buy a microwave range and I couldn’t get anyone to help me. The manager was trying to sell me a used microwave and lied that it was new one. After I told him that I wanted a new one, he said that he didn’t have time to further assist me. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never buy from electronics express again!

I was greeted right when I walked into the store and the young man that helped me stayed with we me the entire visit. He was really helpful in finding just the right electronics that my mother needed for her new home and even took them out to the care after the cash out. I was very pleased with everything. Very good customer service in store. Store laid out well. Some price markers missing for low dollar (high markup) products. From the time I walked into the store until I walked out I never was without an employee beside me answering questions. Could be a little overbearing for some customers though I would rather have three employees to answer questions rather than no one to be found. Very professional staff. Will do business here again in the future. Also to note, this business carries much more than electronics. You really should swing in and do a little window shopping and see what all they offer.

Went by to pick up a cable for my company computer and was greeted at the door by a worker who said hed try to help me out but was in the middle of something. Didnt find what I needed and walked out seeing him shooting the bull with others at the desk. Went to Staples and got what I needed.

I visited Electronic Express today. I was very pleased with how quickly I was assisted. Patricia Knowles-Shreve was very knowledgeable about ovens and very helpful to me. She completed the sale of a microwave and oven for me within minutes. Her customer service skills were excellent! I highly recommend this business.

Beautiful store. Was clean, organized, and had so many different products. They have grills, Tempurpedic beds, TVs, appliances, and even workout equipment. I was only passing through but all the associates greeted me and wanted to help me find what I was looking for if I had been. Very impressed with the service and when I told the manager of my experience he suggested I leave this review and keep us in mind if we ever need anything, informing me of some wonderful financing options they have.Very impressed and will definitely come back next time I need anything.

Great place when they have clearance items or when its slow the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Management has lot of room for maturity growth. When it gets busy youre better off coming back later due to all the time trying to upsell customers at a limited amount of registers. Twice this has been the occasion. 21 minutes to check out for one item and I left feeling it was clear that my wait time was due to having a smaller purchase than others while all other computers were in a holding pattern getting quotes. A few more POS would go a long way.

If I could.give 0 stars I would! Worse most unprofessional place Ive ever done business! Second year in a row Ive bought a package kitchen deal and was lied to about delivery time! Ive sat home all day WAITING with no one to show up. Then I call and its like let me find out where they are! But you, the store manager, knew about last years incident and promised to put me as the 1st delivery between 1230 p.m. and 130 p.m. needless to say I had to call the store at 4 p.m. to ask where was my delivery. Ridiculous! NEVER again. I can take my money else where! I wouldnt spend one dime with them.

Ok so about three weeks ago my sons and I went in to purchase a air conditioner because they were on sale. When we were looking at the air conditioners a really nice young lady come up to us asking if we needed help. I told her yes maam we need to get a 110 air conditioner that I see on Facebook they were on sale and I wanted to purchase one. So here she goes looking for it well she didnt see any so she went to the back nothing back there. Well she asked a couple other employees to help her go look and see if there was one that she might be looking over because she was pregnant and almost due. Well they went and looked but when they came back had the worse attitude with her very disrespectful too her. One of the guys had a red or blue shirt on dark hair and walked like he had a big chest, one guy had reddish hair with glass maybe a manager, a younger woman, and then another but but his hair was brown. Well they treated her like she was nothing in front of me and my two sons I told her I was sorry and that if I could take their places I would and u would treat her right. Back to the story, well she went to make sure there wasnt one floating around the store some where which was but it had been opened. Instead of some of the workers helper her get it up front I did send they looked at her stupid like she was doing something wrong. No she was not doing anything wrong I took the dolly away from her because I didnt want her to get hurt or put any strain on her baby. As I was pulling it black headed dude came walking by looking at me like u dont need to be doing that with his want to be big chest. After getting it up front they told her it was broken so we went over to a pull and checked it to make sure because the computer showed two in the store. Well apparently that was a lie because the only one that had was the broken one so she did all that work for nothing because her co workers couldnt have helped her and told her it was broken before ever bought to the register. After all that I had her check with Huntsville store to see if they had one they did she set it up to be picked up by us. She was a outstanding employee and I will never forget her sweet kind loving words she said to me thank you Miracle such a sweet soul. I could talk with her for hours I hope you have a safe delivery with baby girl keep on being a great person. 💜
