Windshield repaired. Paid $342 and a liftime warranty. The windshield cracks the following day due too poor quality of the windshield. The crack wasnt on the outside nor the inside of the glass, meaning you cant feel it but you can certainly see it. It splintered from bottom of window nearly to the top of the windshield. I take it in today for warranty appointment, and they try saying the wiper hit it or something along those lines. The manager essentially blamed me for it and said if we replaced it they wouldnt be in business long. So the warranty is utter garbage. They werent bad people at all. Its just very very poor customer service. I was never rude nor got angry. It is what it is i guess. Not honoring your warranty is disgusting. Very strange for a business to put an obvious integrity flaw onto me. 0 stars in reality.

I had the mobile service come to the house. The windshield had a chip in it and it was fixed in about 15 minutes or so. I can still see where the chip was but Im glad the glass did not crack anymore and hopefully it wont.

Ive never had to have a window replaced and Safelite made the experience easy. Mike, the tech, came to my employment and replaced the windshield, he was very kind and courteous. Later I realized he had vacuumed my seats and floorboard and cleaned my exterior windows...top notch service

The gentleman that fixed my window was kind, fair and informative. They provided crayons and coloring books for my children while we waited. Coffee and water is available in the waiting room, with a clean restroom.Safelite has a great lifetime guarantee in the event that the replaces glass leaks ir doesn’t fit well. Overall, I had a great experience.

They were to replace the rear window seal on a brand new Jeep. In the efforts to remove the original seal they cut into the top and broke numerous clips used to hold paneling together. When finished they left a tool behind and didn’t vacuum at all. There was debris and dust all over from where they shaved away at the hard top of the Jeep. Top is cut all up and a vast majority of the trim pieces have gouges and scrapes on them.

The local Safelite wont take calls and insist that quotes be done online. Yes I could do this, but I have other questions as well. They refuse to answer the phone so they wont get my business.

I recently visited Safelite Auto Glass in Decatur with both my truck and my wife’s car. We each had a couple of small chips that were bothersome and did not want further damage. Danny and John at the Decatur location took excellent care of us, we were in and out in about 45 minutes and it was very helpful having Erie Insurance arrange the logistics.

After being referred to a company by insurance that was over $200 more than these guys I decided to go with these guys. The service is amazing not only did the replace the windshield in a timely manner but they also cleaned all my windows and vacuumed out the front floorboards. I would highly recommend them.
