Drove 2.5 hours to see a car that looked nice in the pictures but was awful in person. Car was not detailed...it smelled inside. The gas tank door fell off when we opened it. Very worn on the interior. Wouldve been nice to have full disclosure before traveling that far. Salesman didnt even care. Be careful buying cars here. We will never be going anywhere near this place again.
Brian was great help with fixing my friends car today. he went the extra mile to get us in and out before closing and the car is running perfectly now. 10/10 recommend

I will not recommend this place to anyone. The salesman was nice and all but he said he would fix a dent and it never got done. Another thing is I went to the dealer the next day and told them about a couple issues and he tells me he cant keep going back asking for more. Of course I buy the extra warranty and it doesnt cover either issue I have. I could of went and bought a vehicle off of a little dealer and had better service than with this one. First and last time buying a vehicle from this place.. I guess chalk it up as a lesson learned..

Sales people are nice... Well most of them. I am not sure if they didnt like my questions or if they were anoyed my husband was asking me to help him. Seemed like they didnt want a woman to ask the question but I am not 100% sure that was the issue. I think their prices online are a little misleading. They should have the price of auto listed in bold colored print... Not the savings.
I have yet to buy a car from here, but the commercial they made where they are breaking out of jail is hilarious, and my whole family loves when it comes on the TV.
Bought a great Transit from these guys, no issues, the only issue was getting the title, after 3 weeks I did receive the title, but I had to demand it, what I cant understand is that they had the title on hand while my wife and I were there, the van was paid in full that the dealership received the check over night from my Federal credit union, these guys were easy to deal with and very helpful during the sales part, I will always be thankful to them for that, but it was the after the sale that they did not want to finish what they were required to do then I was told I was attaching just because I ask for the title that I could buy my tag, I had explain to them that in my state I have only 20 days to purchase a tag, but yet they told me i had 45 days, which is not true on Alabama, so whene I did finally received the title and when to the court house that is when I found out that the car lot had the title on hand even back in June and I bought the van in October...

Ive always been impressed with their selection. Their financing is also incredible, they were always able to get me a better rate than my own bank! My brother was even able to get a car when all the other dealers couldnt help him.

I could have given 5 star, but all it takes is the fact that they dont want to help back up their vehicles and satisfy customers when an issue is known with vehicle before the sale! They appear to care, but once the car leaves lot, youre own your own. Sales people were nice and did what they could to help out. I checked out the vehicle I wanted, which happened to be in the showroom, and saw a few issues. The front brakes really needed replaced, the tires were the wrong size and rear two were past legal limit on most of it, and someone modified the headlight wiring. I went through credit app before test driving vehicle, and all was good. Upon testing the car, I found the shifter had some horrible slop in it and getting into 5th was a chore. The reverse lock out, on shifter, was also useless as it could go into gear without lifting up. I knew someone had cut up the base and something else to the shifter. Came back and thought about whether or not to get vehicle. I talked about the issues I had, but mainly the shifter. I was told they would want to work with me to fix it, if/when the problem was found. So I said okay, and we got the car with an extended warranty. Driving home, I found it had bad engine mounts too. But we get home and I look at shifter to see what has happened, and found a bushing was missing and was held together with zip ties. Also, the base of the shifter was cut which also caused problems. I notified my salesperson and she did what she could, but the manager refuses to take care of problem now. Says I bought it full well knowing the issue and it is my problem. They also said to wait a month and use my warranty to cover problems! Really? The warranty doesnt cover the shifter! I wasnt asking to replace the tires, or the bad front brakes, but I just wanted the shifter fixed! So I wont be going back again. If the car has a problem and it is known between both parties, better take care of it for your customer.
Went one day and checked 2018 f150 out everything was great. Pick it up next day and get home to realize they had scuffed passengers side of bed and severely scratched lower panel under rear passenger door and didnt say a word to me when i went to pick it up. Never will buy from them or recommend them ever.

My aunt bought her car here. The salesman was easy to talk to. He didnt just talk her into buying a car, he helped her pick it out. He explained the features of each car she asked about. He was very patient with her. The owners wasnt in the car when we got it home so I called and let them know cause my aunt wanted to read thru it. So they ordered her one right away and sent it to her thru the mail. They went above and beyond to help out my aunt.
The best part of our experience, other than going home in a new to us truck, was that Nathan didnt try to sell us a truck. He just showed us what he had that fit our needs and we made all the decisions without pressure

Horrible place. Check engine light came on, on the way home. They said they would pay for it if it was under $50(it was over $500). Sales person lied to me. The car needed new tires and the sales guy told me they would do them at cost. I called to get tires and the service people said they wouldnt do it. Talked to the sales guy again and he claimed he never said that. They offered me 10% off and the tires were still $20 cheaper at sears. Ill never go here again and tell all my friends to avoid it.
This place sells cars with, errm, issues.They cover the issues up and then your car falls apart on you later. Im not the only one who has had this experience with Custom Car Care. A friend told me about a car dealer in Decatur that totally screwed her over and I said Custom Car Care?.How did you know?*sigh*It began with the leaking radiator that was rotting out when they sold it to me. They covered it up by filling the coolant reservoir to FULL. Then two coolant hoses burst. Then the heater core went out. Then the idler pulley seized up and snapped my serpentine belt, which left me stranded on the side of Highway 9. Then the thermostat went out and caused my engine to run too hot. Then the water pump exploded and spewed engine coolant all over my windshield. Then the brake lines rotted out and left me with no brakes.About five years ago (after owning the car for 3 years and making it through most of that story), the car began having electrical problems. The dome lights wouldnt shut off. So I pulled the fuse for that and lost my radio.The best part (about a month after buying the car), I leave work one night and Im going down the highway, and all of a sudden, one headlight is pointed up into the air and one down all the way to the road. It turned out that the headlight mounting bracket had snapped, and my mechanic said that Custom Car Care must have put it back together with Bondo.I suppose that as much as this is a lesson in this dealers shoddy and crooked business practices, its also my fault for not demanding an independent inspection of the car before I bought it. That wont happen again.
