The owner has poor communication, I spent $490 for them guess what was wrong with my tahoe and not to fix my problem. When i called and told him about the check engine came back on he tried to charge me more money. He looks Innocent but hes not right. It took my brother and I 30 minutes to fix it and cost me $100 will never ever ever ever will return. Wouldnt trust them to pump the tires up. Waste of money

Unprofessional Customer Service!!! I called asking about getting a quote for a repair for my vehicle. I mentioned my car was parked on the street in a residential neighborhood and and one of the doors was side swiped. The person on the phone mentioned I would need to get a rental vehicle. I mentioned I wouldnt need a rental since I have another vehicle I can use. I mentioned wanting to pay out of pocket so I could avoid filing a claim through my insurance and my premium going up in the future. He acted like I was trying to do something illegal and hung up the phone.

Mr. Earl was very unprofessional. Had my car for a month. Did terrible work. I think he tried to get over on me because I am a woman. I paid a car expert to check out my car once it was done. Found many issues with the car that was not fix. He says the insurance company only paid him for cosmetics (to make it look good). So there is so many dent under the bumper, bracket still broke, muffler basically hanging off. Plastic by my trunk sticking out, plastic by my convertible top sticking out. He did the bare min, and now he is holding my car hostage until I pay him. He wouldn’t allow me to pay with my debit card because they charge him, so he made the lady behind the desk take me to the bank. They’re making me lose out on money at work wasting my time. Once I pay them I am going to drop my car at a real shop! I would not recommend doing business with this shop I promise you will regret it.

This man kept my truck for almost 3 weeks...All while promising to have it fixed every other day. Had to rent a car cost $1400 over 3 weeks. Just got a job out of town and had to let that go because I couldnt get to work After I turned the rental in After 3 weeks. His response was That is Not my problemTells me he still wont have the part til the following Saturday. I ask for my money back and say Ill tow it somewhere else.Miraculously the truck was Fixed the next day.... Only to sound Worse than when I initially brought it in.... Worst Business Ive dealt with in a Long Time. Beware... He TALKS a Good One.

I wish I could give 0 stars. If you know a lot about engines, like I do, he will stop speaking to you. I was with my mother today picking up her Nissan van and could not believe the owners way of doing business. Mr. Earl quoted $1,800.00 for the original repair of the transmission. He had her automobile for 4 months -- that is right. It took 4 months to repair. He presented us with a service order mostly typed and billed at roughly $2,000.00 and then he had listed another $900.00 in ink (handwritten). His excuse was he lost the shirt on his back in this one. We expressed that he had the vehicle for four months! We also asked why did he not notify the customer that the price was going up before repairs were made. Again and again all he could say is “he lost the short on his back. He refused to reduce the charge. He was mad that I took a image of the shop. The bank reversed charges. He will try to maj you pay with debit card, Don’t.! Run he will rip you off!

If I could rate lower, I would. Owner is rude and disrespectful. My daughter and I stopped to get an estimate and he accused my daughter of soliciting one of his workers simply because the worker told us not to bring my car to him because he knew someone else who would be better for the type of job required to fix my vehicle. The owner was nice up until that point and then he started being rude telling me he didnt need my business or my money. He was talking to me crazy and being disrespectful. Even the worker intervened and told him he was wrong. Very bad business. I will never go here again and if youre a woman, you shouldnt either.

IF YOU WANT TO BE FORCED TO PAY FOR REPAIRS THAT YOU DID NOT AUTHORIZE, THAT DONT ACTUALLY FIX THE ISSUE, CALLED A LIAR BY THE OWNER, AND DEAL WITH A BELLIGERENT, CONDESCENDING, NON COMMUNICATIVE, OWNER... THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. ESPECIALLY, IF YOURE A WOMAN AND LIKE TO BE YELLED AT LIKE AN ANIMAL!.......THEY HELD MY CAR HOSTAGE UNTIL I PAID FOR A JOB THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR, AFTER ADVISING ME THAT THEYD DO A FREE DIAGNOSTIC TEST ON MY CAR! I ASKED THEM TO TAKE THE PART OFF AND THE OWNER WOULD NOT EVEN CONSIDER IT. THEY PUT A BOOT ON MY CAR AS IF I WOULD JUST DRIVE OFF! WHAT KIND OF MAN IS THIS? EVEN HIS EMPLOYEES TRIED TO TALK TO HIM, BUT HE WOULD NOT LISTEN TO ANYONE! HE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO DOES THE TALKING. SAYS HES BEEN DOING THIS FOR 26YRS... WOW, HOW IS HE STILL IN BUSINESS? Stay far away!..Went to this shop for over 6 years, gave him over $20,000 in business from family and friends. Once he lost his main mechanic Craig, everything went downhill, I.e., wrong repairs done, overcharging for repairs, and rude untrained mechanics. Mr. Earl the owner is a bum banana eating Jamaican with bad teeth who needs to close this unregulated shop. I see why Craig left!
