The purchase experience was great, but once I got home I decided maybe this vehicle is not what I wanted. I bought my vehicle on a Friday in the evening around 4pm. I live an hour a way from this location. They close at 7pm. The next day is Sunday (they are not open) I dont drive the car that day in hopes they will just let me return to the car on Monday. I have my husband call to ask if there was any grace period about maybe bringing the car back. We were told NO, there is no grace period but if we wanted to trade it in we could., but we may not get pay off for it. So now Im stuck with a car I dont even want. I thought there was some type of grace period but obviously not.

Went in hoping to get my dream car (Honda Pilot 2021) but after consulting with the sales manager a few options the price was just out of my range I was about to leave with my husband when our sales guy said he had another option for us if we wanted to see it I said sure why not if it has what I want (3 row seating, leather Interior) he pulled up with a 2016 Toyota Highlander at first I was skeptic but I ended up loving it ! Went to look at a CR-V. Couldnt crank the vehicle because for some reason they had the battery disconnected. The person we talked to on the phone was very busy when we got there. So he finally asked someone else to help us out. Understand that he was busy but we did wait for a while 🤷. They were friendly people though. Gave us the information that we went for.

Daniel is the man. He was helpful, patient, and great attitude. I got my first car on my own with this guy and I couldn’t be any happier. I have tried other dealerships and by far Honda is the best. I honestly did not expected to be able to get a car this week but I’m glad I did.

Very very bad, so rude. Inexperienced staff with no knowledge. My van sitting there for more than a month and still they cant figured out problem. They never have loners. Never ever come to this place. Manager is so rude . 3rd class service.

Hands down the best service Ive received on a vehicle purchase! We were so satisfied with the service from Mike Smith and Bobby Petruna! My husband has been on the hunt for a ram truck and found one here at Decatur. Were 2 hours south and had the truck put on hold until the next day that we were able to drive up. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Sold me a car that needed engine replacement 4 weeks later. Auto shop said who ever sold it to me knew it, and band-aided it just enough to sell it. Costed 8000 dollars and I was out a car for a few weeks. Also “lost” the tuner that was with the car so now I have to buy a brand new tune for it. Never buy a car from this place.

Purchasing the vehicle was easy, but after we purchased i was told they would fill up the tank in my new car and they didnt do that. had a scheduled time for a tow hitch to be installed on the vehicle along with paint touch up; so my wife drove 2 hours there to be told they cant do it at that time and she would have to come back tomorrow (Gas wasted). then today she goes there and they dont even have a vehicle ready and that vehicle also had no gas in it so she had to fill it up again.

We had a fantastic experience today. My wifes key became detached from the key fob, and I expected to have to buy a new key and fob and have it reprogrammed. I had a great experience at Honda of Decatur. Bobby was my salesman, he was professional and honest. I had already looked at a couple of places and had some prices but those dealerships had the typical high pressure sales tactics. I asked Bobby if he could beat them, he called me back quickly and had the others beat by $1500 out the door. When I got there I never felt pressured and what Bobby told me over the phone is exactly what they did when I got there, no tricks or extra fees. I would recommend them to anybody and I will be back when I need another vehicle.

Im never going to any other dealership. Mike Morgan took stellar care of me from my first call until even after I drove off the lot. I get the distinct feeling that they dont really care about selling you the car on the lot, or even any car if theres not a match. At no point in my experience was there any pressure and they took exceptional care of me. Do Not Purchase a vehicle from Honda of Decatur.Especially do not deal with Bernett Webster Jr. Lauren (feeling her her pregnancy hormones) just decided to trade vehicles. The problem is it’s in my name with her as the co-signer. I get that legally she can do that. What I don’t get is how morally during these times of economic uncertainty, Honda of Decatur can trade a 2016 Malibu Premiere that is worth $13,000 and trade it for a 2016 CR-V SE that is worth $ 14-15k (KBB)for $ 25+k. So when you tell them they are like “oh well, it’s a legal contract”. Instead of working something out monetarily, andgiving me back MY vehicle, it’s just oh well. And it’s on their lot for $18,990! American Honda Motor Company. Please deal with a dealership that is ethical and not morally bankrupt. There are great dealerships out there and moral Salesmen! #Chrisinfinanceisadouche

I am absolutely floored on how professional, kind and reasonably priced this Honda dealership is! From the amazing desk receptionists that answered my phone calls ( wish i remembered her name, ill update this when find out ) as well as the staff that greeted me as soon as I came in for my car recall work that needs to be done. The gentleman that helped me was/is Ben Thrasher. Since my work is covered because it is a recall issue. I honestly expected to be put last and not really valued as a guest/customer since I didnt purchase my car from this dealership and that was definitely NOT the case! So polite and respectful. I recently purchased a used Honda at Honda of Decatur. The sales representative was very nice and courteous, and the experience of buying a vehicle was easy and straightforward. Overall very enjoyable.I chose to subtract some from the rating because after I purchased the car, I only received one key to it. They would charge over $100 to have a second one made there, and they would not even give me a discount on a second key after I asked. I expected to receive at least 2 keys to a car (especially a used one of their own brand), and I was disappointed.

Smooth experience at HoD. Our salesman Luiz was nothing short of exceptional. We bought a 2014 Hyundai Elantra for a great price. We had a minor issue with the car and Luiz got it handled fast to get us down the road. I went today to see about screws for a window motor in the PARTS department. I waited 5-7 minutes before anyone came to see what i needed and i guess she had to go tell him i was waiting . He didnt say hi how are you? All he said was I DONT HAVE ANY SCREWS. I have never had any problems when going to Honda of Decatur, the other departments are always nice . I guess he was having a bad day or something, but i did not appreciate his attitude at all. I know customer service. . So I took my business to Jerry Damson Honda in Huntsville. I pray I never have to go back there EVER .

Dropped off my CRV for an oil change this morning. Eric in the service department was friendly and helped me right away. Roger, the courtesy van driver, picked me up from work at lunch time to pick up my vehicle from the service department. He was super nice! All in all, I love Honda of Decaturs service department.
