Been to palmer severaltimes no problem, but today totally different story. Had them look at back up camera, can replace for $247 plus labor of course, i said go ahead and order it. 3 days later they called camera is in. They installed it in 30 mins. Went to pay, oh by the way its $467!! Sid says I guess his guy heard the price wrong!! Really u put it in and never told me it was another $200 . Sid never said im sorry or even took off labor charge of $95. You would think they would of told me when they call ed and said u still want this even with price increase. You dont install and then give bad news of higher $$. I wont ever go back again

Let me start off by saying this was top 5 greatest experiences of my life. I walked in with a punctured tire, and Sid let me follow him into the garage and watch him work like a son watching his father work on his truck, except Sid didn’t yell at me or make me feel like I was pissing him off. I work in the OR and I have never seen a doctor operate with the same surgical precision as Sid while he swiftly and effortlessly removed, repaired, and replaced my tire. He even let me crank the spare back into place. The thrill was indescribable. I will be coming here with all future tire issues and also just to hangout after work.

I had a vibration in my rear tire and they went way out of their way to figure out if I needed a new tire or if it just needed to be balanced. Very trustworthy and great customer service! Would highly recommend to anyone.

We were traveling from out of town and my car was indicating I was losing tire pressure.. went to check it an I could hear the air coming out. Went to my phone to search a tire repair shop. Walked in and told them I had something in my tire! They immediately had me back my car up, took the tire off and had it plugged within 20 minutes. Thank you SO MUCH for getting us on the road so quickly!

Had a tire go flat on the interstate. Did not want to travel 200 miles on a doughnut spare. Pulled in to the store. Sid greeted me. He was very professional, courteous and helpful. Sid was great. Helped me in a huge way stuck 900 miles away from home. Only 1 downfall, the arguing between siblings in front of customers was not professional at all. Totally not Sids fault at all. You can argue all you want but not in front of the customers and kids while cursing.

Went in for an alignment. The folks were professionals and great to deal with. They found a problem that I need to address and gave me a great discount since they couldn’t bring the car into spec. I’ll be returning for a new alignment as soon as I make the necessary repairs. Thanks for your integrity and kindness.

This is a no-frills, honest auto-shop. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and down-to-earth. If youre someone who doesnt need the free coffee and donuts while youre waiting, this is a good auto-shop for you. If youre someone who expects that sort of thing, you may want to look elsewhere or plan to drop-off and pick-up (which seems to be the more popular choice of customers here).

I came in on a friday they found a hole in my tire so I ordered 2 new tires to be put on monday and they put a spare on one they had didnt charge me a dime there costumer service is awesome will definently be back

Great customer service. Sid is a great guy and truly cares about each and every person that walks through the door. They have a great service department that not only takes care of your tires but also any auto repairs that you may need.

My husband and I live about an hour from Decatur, we were in town and got a flat tire. We immediately called 3 tire places and Palmer was the only one who could get us in. This was just about half hour before their closing time and they got us in and out with a brand new tire in about 45 minutes. We want to think Sid and his crew for showing such excellent customer service!!

I had a flat trailer tire on the highway and was looking to replace all 4 tires on the trailer. I called before I got there and they only had 2 tires in stock. I told them that Id take them, I was 15 minutes away, and that Id like them put on ASAP. They said they were shorthanded due to it being lunch time but they would do the best they could. When I pulled in a technician was waiting fore me and went to work immediately. They swapped out the 2 tires very quickly and I was back on the road. Their prices were very fair and the services were very professional. I only wish they would have had 4 tires in stock so I could have given them more of my business.

Its just okay, they do the job but a little bit slow and they probably dont do it right, you would probably be better off fixing your car problem yourself, even my brother had a bad experience, they held his truck for over 2 weeks, forgot how expensive it was but if you can figure you whats wrong with your car and order the part and install it yoy would do a better job

I know when I go there that I will not be taken advantage of, as many other places have tried, just because I am a woman. I was recemtly told that it would cost around $600 to fix a problem, so I called Sid & took it in. It will ONLY BD AROUND $100-$120 to fix. WOW!

Terrible service. I guess some peoples money is not the same as others, had my vehicle there two days my vehicle sat. Called and he said they would get to it friday sat. Why drop it off tuesday got vehicle back no gas in it .would not recommend period!
