The company put up a sign in our complex, never came out to assess or provide input (though they did provide samples via email), and never actually saw the space theyd be working with. Since they do this for a living and we were guessing, we made our best judgment. The signs were too small, and when we asked for some consideration for a new set of signs, we were offered a terse email and a 10% discount.The signs look great quality wise---but had someone bothered to leave the office and come out and meet with a client whos spending money, they might have suggested something different that wed be happier with. The quality of the work is not in question, but the level of service (or lackthereof) is truly lacking here and there are plenty of other companies who Im sure would appreciate our and your business more than Sign-A-Rama.

Poor communication, had to cancel an order for a sign. They totally wasted my time. I was told it would take 2 days, a week later still nothing but a wo go order in que. Was told they were waiting foir vendor to send certain material for my job, wh an last communication via email made it sound that proof was ready to go to production get finished. Of course I asked for a refund of my deposit which is half of the total job paid up front. I paid that deposit with a credit card, got the refund back in a check. Tried to use a local and reputable company who knows what theyre doing. GUESS NOT!

Rude and unprofessional from beginning to end I was given two different prices then pick up the banner it had white stuff on it then told me thats because the company didnt let it dry correctly the banner had hand prints on it and the older white lady didnt want to redo the service is horrible and the bad party is they dont care it all blacks doing the work and old white running the company telling them what to do the service is horrible.
