I find my best wigs there! And the owner is a true peoples person! The young lady who works with the wigs as well as the entire store, has great customer service!

I just needed the back to a pair of earrings. Some lady was delaying the line because she wanted items she didnt want to pay for and demanded a discount. Then asked me if I can pay. I told her to step aside while I pay for my item lol.

This is my closest beauty supply store and I don’t mind shopping with them, but they need to get their hours together! Google says one thing and the door is matching what Google says but they are not matching their hours. It’s Sunday morning at 11:01 and Google and the door says they open at 10 AM but they’re closed!😡

DOES NOT DO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS OF SPOILED PRODUCTS. As I’m making my purchase a young lady comes in to exchange edge control she bought that was spoiled and moldy. The owner flat out told her no refunds or exchanges on chemical products even though she bought it the day before and brought her receipt regardless if they sold her the spoiled product. This prompted me to check my products as I just bought some edge control myself when she came in. I don’t shop here regularly and only came because I needed to braid my hair in a pinch. Had I not just made my purchase I would have left everything on the counter because of how that young lady was treated.

I love this location! I have been going here for years! Throughout the managment changes, this location still amazes me! The manager always gives my daughter a quarter for their bubble gum machine! When I am looking for a product that they may not have; the manager orders it for me and is in store on my next visit!

Yikes. Just posted my comments to the wrong location. I have a rare color of hair that matches my skin tone and personality. It was actually a mistake of what I was looking for but it was the greatest mistake ever made. Other beauty supply stores doesnt sell the color or they wanted$25 more than what CJs sell. I bought it again yesterday. Plus one of the workers there is very hilarious and he has a lot of knowledge of their products. I wish I know his name.

They are horrible. As soon as we walked in as a group of work women, everyone who work in the store focused on us. The owner came ran out of the back to help watch us. They did not honor the price on a wig. The environment was very uncomfortable. They will never get a dollar of my money. Well spend my money in the same place where we make it; Texas!
