Spencer and his team did an outstanding job. I bought a pool table on Saturday and they picked it up and delivered it to me on Monday. These guys are very professional and Spencer did everything he said he was going to do (great communication). They are very knowledgeable and I highly recommend their services.

Spencer and crew did an excellent job moving a used Billiards table bought online. They came out quick and on time and disassembled, moved and reassembled my table perfectly. You can tell he really knows his stuff, especially on getting the table reassembled, balanced and detailed just right for play. Plus you get a 1 year warranty if you table ever get unbalanced again, they come out and fix it for free. Reasonable price, fast and efficient. Definitely recommend. A++

A+++++Spencer and Reggie came out to fix my pool table (leveling, beeswax for slate seams, and to reposition the table) after the movers from our recent military move had improperly reassembled it. Spencer mentioned he gets called out frequently to fix the damage that moving companies do and from my perspective, hes an expert. Spencer and Reggie came out quickly, almost next day, and were a joy to have in my home. They measured for the best positioning of the table, leveled it properly, and completely fixed the terrible job that the movers did. They are very reasonably priced and also guarantee their work and the leveling of the table for a year. I own a 7 Dining Room Billiard Table and I am preparing to make a long distance move and I needed my table broken down for transport. I reached out to the place that I bought from, they were too busy as was every other place. Star Billiards to the rescue. He was patient with all my questions(and I had plenty), explained the entire process, shared his level of expertise, assessments and even assisted in deciding where I should place my new pool table.His team was prompt, worked hard and maintained a high level of professionalism. A 9 foot, 3 piece slated old classic AMF. This thing is heavy and about 50 years old. They surely don’t build them like this anymore. Spencer came on very short notice when another install team had failed to show up.He was friendly, fast, and careful in getting my 8 ft table set up. I would highly recommend him and will be using him again if I need to move my table.

Repeat Customer- Happy as could possibly be!At the beginning of COVID we needed an 8 old pool table disassembled after being sold on FB Marketplace. Spencer was not only the most responsive after calling around, but he could do the project within 24 hours. He and his partner showed up and disassembled the table and had it out of my basement within 37 minutes (AMAZING!). The buyers were just as happy with his setup and playing on the table that afternoon.A few months later I was looking for a company who could re-felt an 70s-80s era rectangular bumper pool table. I initially didnt think Spencers Co. did this so I had another company come out. After 90 minutes this other company said they could not do the job because of a stripped screw on one of the rails. They left and I was at an impasse.I found Star Billiards number in my phone and texted Spencer. He asked for photos and was out the following week. He came in yesterday and after about 3 hours he had everything just as promised. New felt, running smooth, leveled and couldnt not have been more efficient or kinder. He wore his mask the whole tie and completely cleaned up after himself and they staples that had come out of the original felt. If anyone wants pictures, I am happy to send but they are now my go-to when anything billiards or bumper pool is needed within our community. Also, he was VERY, VERY reasonably priced compared to all others. Thanks again Star Billiards!

Amazing job, wife got wild hair and wanted pool table before party tomorrow. They drove all the way to Buford, late at night, carried everything in the dark, up steps through hallways. Constant smile, gave me alot of dos and donts on maintenance. Would highly recommend this company!
