I bought a pair of shoes for work a month ago and the shoes are already splitting from the soles. I sit at a desk, so its not like I wore them out. Unsatisfactory. They fit, I liked them and they were comfortable, so I threw away the receipt. Now Im stuck with them, and out $60.

I ordered a pair of shoes on line and they were too small. I called the Decatur store and Cheryl got on the phone to another store to see if someone could bring the right size from Huntsville so I could exchange them. Thank you Cheryl for your help and showing such great customer service!!

Call to see if they had my size. Then went in there an told the lady what i was looking for she show me right where the shoes where, got them down an even came back to check on me to see if they fit. Great customer service an awesome sale prices. Will shop in there again.

Love the Shoe Carnival !!! Most of the staff is helpful. There are a couple that seem to stare...a lot. It is awkward at times. Overall a great store.

My wife and I got 4 pair (2M2F) of adult sizes shoes for $130 after all combined discounts, cant really beat that. Associates were very helpful too.

Clerks were very unconcerned about helping me. They offered no assistance what so ever. I went 3 minutes down the road to N&D shoe company and got excellent service with a wide variety of choices for safety shoes.

The fellow that helped us was really friendly. However I did not like his attire. It looked like he was going to loose his pants. This is intimating. You need a better dress code. I have been in there several times and help is impossible. Dont believe I will go back.

The shoes are a little bit pricey bacon generally find what youre looking for and if you cant the staff as willing to order it if you know exactly what you want a generally run at nice buy 1 get 1/2 off sale so if you got multiple people that need shoes its a win

As a former manager of a Shoe Carnival in Texas I was expecting getting greeted as I enter the store, customer service in the aisles and at check out get my shoes checked for sizing. But sadly no, I encounter one worker as I walked to the kids department and I say Hi she responded back but didnt got a smile back. I was tired after work and I always try to keep the good attitude u know, a little of sunshine can go far. But anyways I did not got help looking for shoes or ask if I needed help. When I was ready to check out the cashier was talking on her radio, scanned my shoes and just got 1 shoe out from each box. Instead of pulling both out check for left and rigth and check the size. Glad I know what I was looking for and how to look for them in case I need it but defiantly for others customers that may need the assistance will be great to give them the customer service they may need. More assistance means more happy customers and more sales ;) I will defiantly shop at shoe carnival again, love the store and prices.
