Very happy with this store. Mr. Mock, is a great guy, and very helpful . My farm has been broken into by thrives 2 times in last month. Very remote location, and Mr. Mock is helping me set up a basic alarm system based on my needs to help deter this from happ3ning. I have no power or internet at this location. He is helping me build a system to help overcome this situation. He also sells and installs complete alarm systems, and seals many other electronic devices, and repairs electronics at his store location.

Amy always does top notch work!!!! Never over prices her stuff. And if you can catch used merchandise you get killer deals

Brandon did an excellent job installing my car radio. I definitely want to go back and upgrade my speakers. I would recommend them to anyone.

I can give Gateway Electronics a five stars because they deserve pop stars youve got a company run by a young lady by 33 young ladies in their working and they are very very knowledgeable about car stereo systems probably more than most men they are more than willing to answer questions of your problems as she did mine for hours they allow me to sit outside their store and put my system together and when I had an issue she would come out and she helped me most people would have expected something in return like money for that little bit of help but she didnt yes they get paid to install radios but sometimes you can be blessed and they was that to me so I give him a five-star I think if you going to buy anything or put a system in your car I think you should go nowhere but Gateway Electronics on 6th Avenue by Krystals

Great service and good prices

Came in this past Saturday to get an amp. It was not compatible with my cd player. Bought it back for a refund 2 hours after we bought it. They didnt want to refund the money but my husband told them y it wouldnt work. So she acted like she couldnt do it, then spent 40 minutes waiting on them to talk to their company. Said the lady was going to have to refund manually and asked if we wanted to leave our bank card with her over the weekend and she will try it Monday. We left with our card and the receipt. Came back Monday and WAITED ANOTHER HOUR AND A HALF only for her to tell memy bank is the reason why. Called them and let them talked to them (on speaker). I had to damn near cuss em out for them to give me my mf money! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

Dropped my phones off last Thursday to get unlocked. Was told that it was either $60 each for one day service or $45 each for one week. I chose the one week, as it was cheaper, and I really didnt have to have them. I called yesterday to make sure that they would be ready so that when I got paid today I could get them. I was then informed that they would be closed until Monday because they were going on vacation. They wouldnt even take a check from me for the phones so that I could get them before they went on vacation. I now have to wait until Monday to get them. I am going out of town this weekend and never go on long trips without my phone in case of an incident. So now what am I supposed to do??? Had they told me last week that they were going on vacation, then I would have done the one day service. But because THEY did not call me, and I called them to late in the afternoon, I didnt have enough time to see if I could borrow the money before they closed. Very unprofessional.

Hi, I am very pleased with this business. They offer reasonable prices on equipment, i cant speak for the installation because I have never had anything installed by them. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to upgrade their sound system.

Helpful with my prepaid Verizon phone

This place of business sell phones that they buy from people, they jailbreak and unlock phones and sometimes do repair. I bought an iPhone 3gs from them that was discounted because it was not in good shape it had two cracks in it. I was going to use it as a replacement until I could buy a new one. I asked them if I could return it just in case the internet doesn’t work for me since that happens when a phone is unlocked. She said yes but there will be a small restock fee. I bought it I get home and I have no service at my house which is not normal since I have used two other iPhones that were unlocked at my house and they had good service. So I called the very next day and told them it wouldn’t work so I am going to return it she said that is fine bring it. When I get there the two women are looking at it saying I don’t think this crack was there, this wasn’t wrong with it I had the phone for a day I did nothing to the phone the women said we will have to charge you a $50 restock fee I only paid 103.55 for the phone I told her no thank you and left--i will never use them again
