Very nice and helpful employees. A good selection of products., my favorite are the Coco Shea Honey,, and Sea Island Cotton products. During the holiday season my favorite is Vanilla Bean Noel, and certain candle scents. The only downside is Ive been trying to get their coupons through the mail for over a year, my aunt and other relatives get them all the time. I dont have much money, so the coupons for free items I really need, I could get some of the products I use, and start getting Christmas gifts put away.

I wish they had lots of other flavors. That smell so good. I love fresh clean scents, especially if they can mimic the wonderful fragrance of coconut. But this place is ok. Just wishing they can have more variety

Always love even just going in there. Awesome sales ALL the time. Mostly besides victoria secret and some of the big department stores thats the main reason I even visit malls. I usually head straight to bath and body works. My favs are winter candy apple, beautiful day, and a thousand wishes but a bunch of new spring scents just came out and im excited to go check them out!!!
