Everyone was really nice and did everything they could to get me in the vehicle I wanted. But within a week of getting it I had problems with it then had it in their garage 4 times. But when I told them the brakes are bad, I was told(wont say by who) well I never said it came with brakes! What? They wont do anything b to fix them. I understand I bought as its, but this is a safety issue. They should fix them without cost to me would never do business with custom car care again.. Not right they wont fix problem!!!!!

For over 20 years, it has always been a pleasing experience to visit Custom Car Care. The services provided by Brady and his staff is always excellent whether it is for routine maintenance or a major repair.

Best car repair and maintenance shop I have ever used (and I am 69 years old). They have worked on our Hondas, Accuras and Mazda Miata since soon after they opened many years ago and have never had an issue with the quality of their service or their prices. My wife and I retired and moved to the outer banks of NC and one of the things I miss about leaving the Peninsula is not being able to utilize Custom Car Care for maintaining our vehicles. Personal quality service at a reasonable price.

The only place we will take any of our 3 Hondas for repair. In fact, we have decided that our next cart has to be one that Custom Car Care will work on.
