DO NOT GO TO THIS CLOWN!!!!Went here twice. Once for my Apple Watch, once for my iPhone. Dropped off my watch to have the screen glued on. First visit, good time. Watch repaired, no worries. Until the screen popped off again. Brought it back, he said he would take care of it, use strong adhesive this time.Come back to get my watch, has a case on it. Give me the case for free. Took the case off, globs of glue and the screen is elevated off of the watch. Needless to say, choice words were said and I didn’t leave with my watch in that condition. Come back a third time, looks nice, works, I’m out of the door.Fast forward 2 years, bring in my phone to be repaired. Working iPhone XS Max with cracked front and rear screen. No problem, I’ll get it done. $180. Ok.Come back to get my phone at 5:45pm, doors closed sign on door saying be back in 15 minutes. I waited 2 hours, never came back. Get somebody in another store to call him, tells me to my face they close at 6 on a Friday…Come back the next day, get my phone. The worst looking phone I had seen. Horrid. The awesome attendant that was at the store in the owners absence called him so he could say something stupid. Needless to say, I left my phone to be fixed.Come back 3 weeks later. Plenty of time to fix my phone. Still terrible. He says some of the STUPIDEST stuff on the phone this time as well.At the end of it all, I paid this guy $130 to break my phone. DONT GO TO THIS GUY. Put him out of business and get him out of the community. He is breaking peoples $1000+ phones and not taking the time to figure out why he is continually braking people’s phones.I saw no ground in areas on his work bench. So he is taking all of the static electricity from his cheap shoes and driving it directly into your phone. Electrical service 101.DO NOT GO TO THIS CLOWN!!!!!

Horrible. Do not go here brought my phone to be fix and it ended up not working at all powering on and off no sound in my phone NOTHING & PAYED TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS JUST TO END UP WITH MY PHONE WORSE THAN WHAT IT WAS !!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE !

The staffs are very nice and professional! I was visiting GA and my phone stopped charging. They have same day service and it’s exactly what I wanted. Within a few hours they were done and my phone charged normally at the shop. However, when I came home, my phone didn’t charge so I contacted the shop and I brought the phone in for a thorough look. The owner explained the issue to me because some of the prongs on the charging port were fried and my charger wasn’t powerful enough. He was so nice to have me his charger and now my phone charges perfectly. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

Please listen: I took my phone to the location in South Dekalb Mall in late July 2020: It needed a new charging port. He had to many excuses each time I called over a few months. Finally told him I could order the part off Amazon, he said ok. I even asked about other Ways to just Transfer files/ Pictures, he said there wasnt. I took the part to him and he said it was not the right fit. Again he said he would order and I could pick-up my phone Octo 24th. I went a few later and he gave more excuses. He NEVER CALLED regarding anything. So, finally I went there last week/ December TO GET MY PHONE. I WOULD NEVER refer anyone to his shop. Guys I took my phone to another nearby shop and within 2 days the guy showed me that the files could be transferred and Pictures without the charging port. Okay

Went to this place to get my iPhone unlocked. Zim had my phone literally for 3 days. He claimed the process was taking forever because it was during a holiday. If that’s the case, maybe, just maybe, tell people ahead of time instead of dragging it for days. I do not recommend.

Great place to get your phone fixed. I have had my phone fixed there twice and both times I had no problems. They also have reasonable prices. Not only did I get my phone fixed but I got a phone case and a phone charger. I love Cellphone World!!!

My brothers phone was completely cracked and the screen had blacked out. I definitely recommend this place to get your phone fixed. We were told it would take 20 minutes for the phone to get fixed.. and it literally took about 5 minutes.. now his phone is back working and ready to be used! Thank you!

I thought the price was great as well as his quick service time, but my phone froze 24 hours later and then when I tried to get it to respond, it cracked. It didnt fall and it was still in the case. I went back to see if he would replace it, since it was obviously a defective screen, but he wanted to charge me again. Less than a week later?? Are you serious? Clearly I should have just gone to the phone store and paid full price. Now, its been a week and the phone keeps cracking ... and its still INSIDE of the case! Waste of money and his customer service was awful. Now Ill be paying full price for a real screen. Definitely recommend that you pay $20 more so you dont have to worry about anything.

When I went to cellphone world and went to get my iPad fix the first time he fixed it the screen was not working then the second time I went to screen was froze then the third time he put a new screen in and it start working but he put a fake screen in my iPad

I bought a unlocked phone from here almost a year ago. My son did a hard reset on the phone and jacked up the settings on phone, he couldnt do anything with the phone, called Samsung, Tmobile they told me to go back where I purchsed the phone. The owner reset the phone for $25 that was nice of him to do that for me. They have alot of unlocked phones and cases reasonably priced.

All around great service! I have bought several cases and have even had a shattered phone fixed. Not only is there great service, but its at an extremely reasonable price.

I was told that if my phone bill was up to date and that if it was not stolen then they could successfully unlock my phone. Im not even sure if the unlock was attempted. I was hesitant to do service here and now I see why. Just a gimmick to get $45 from you. In the post below someone had the same problem as me, and the owner responded saying if they phone is not lost or stolen the phone would be unlocked. Its a shame how people take advantage of others and try to get over on people. He didnt even try to unlock it. Im sure however, the phone can be unlocked since its not a stolen phone. He sells unlocked phones in his store. never again will i do business with anyone outside.

This is a great place to buy a phone from they have great customer service and are very friendly. Their prices are very affordable. I will continue to shop with them whenever I need a phone.
