Got everything I needed in one swoop. Needed to replace screen, usb port and batter. Waited in my car for about 45 minutes. It was like getting brand new phone. Satisfied customer.

Took my phone to get charger port repaired left for 40 minutes like I was asked came back and he told me he couldn’t fix it but when I got to my car realized he made the promblem worse …when I asked about it he became very CONFRONTATIONAL do not do buisness here unless you want to be threatened and have your phone damaged

Cpr did a great job fixing my phone. They are very professional and fast.

When dealing with a phone with water damage, its of absolutely importance to evaporate any water in the phone before turning it on.I dropped my phone in a pool and shut it off immediately. I walked into the store and the individual I was working with immediately turned it on, despite me pointing out that I thought that was not best. He then put in a half effort put heat on it for ~3 minutes before returning and declaring it fixed. My phone worked for 4 hours before frying entirely. I am entirely unsatisfied by the lack of professionalism displayed here. And this was a very expensive error. Do not recommend, will not be back.

Fantastic Customer Experience. My iPhone 6 screen needed its 1st screen replacement after dropping it today. I had called for an estimate on repair and time. I arrived to a cleaned and pleasant establishment. The customer service and technical repair were beyond. High Regards.

After months(I repeat months)of having to keep checking up on what should have been a simple display repair, not only could they not fix my phone, they lost the data as well. Granted they did give me a replacement, however, this review is mostly towards the lack of communication on my repair combined with the apparent lack of ability to really diagnose and correct the issue.Go somewhere else, even to another CPR store. I shouldnt have to keep calling you to find out something when you said youd call me.Also I paid to get the phone repaired, telling me your out some money cause you needed to replace my phone dont mean nothing to me(900-500=400 thats what your failure actually costed you in this transaction)

Went in at the last minute to have the port repaired on my iPhone. Team was responsive, courteous, and gave me a reasonable price. Will definitely come to them again if I have a similar issue in the future.

My cell phone with blank. Before I found CPR I was told by other repair shops that they only repair IPhones. Another shop said appointmentis were necessary, and they werent sure they could retrieve my data from my phone. When to CPR they retrieved all of my data and put it on my new phone. They could have repaired it but I had a new one. I was greatly satisfied.

I called right when they opened, he gave me a price no hassle and he had everything On hand already. When I got there, there was 1 person in front of me. She went and got a milkshake and by the time she came back he was done! He’s so quick runs the whole business alone it seems and my service was extra speedy as well. This is the cheapest price quote id ever gotten to have my iPhone 7 screen fixed. I will return if necessary.

I took my cell phone in to get the screen repaired. The service was very quick, the attendants were friendly and professional, and the price a good deal. Screen repairs arent cheap but I know people who have paid a lot mote for the same repair at a different place and had to wait days for a part when I waited about an hour and everything worked perfectly. I am recommending CPR to all of my friends and family.

I dropped my phone and my screen wouldn’t light up any more. I took my phone to the Decatur location of CPR because it was convenient. I had my phone back within 24hours.The sales clerk was honest that it may be a few extra days before I was able to get my phone back since it was late afternoon on a Friday and the warehouse would be closing soon. However to my surprise, my phone was ready the very next day. So great full for them going the extra mile for a customer.

The customer service was not good. I came into the store to get a iPhone screen fixed. While using the phone to text/call the replacement screen is damage which means the material was cheap and not worth the $150 I paid to get it fixed. I will not be going back to the store. Additionally the store does not seems to have any COVID-19 signs inside as well as the smell of the store is horrible. I would advise going to another store.

Visited the store an hour or so before closing to have a screen repaired. They were able to resolve the problem within 20-30 minutes. Due to the security on the phone and the manner in which the screen was broken the phone was reset. Once home I realized the FP reader did not work, but they were able to resolve it the following day.More and a better variety of phone cases should be displayed.

I received service today Nov, 20,2019. I refer this location to all friends and family. Quick and speedy service .very reasonable. The guy was extra friendly and he also gave me a new back screen to match my front for the low. Now I love it love it love it. I will most definitely come again.

It was convenient for me to get my phone repaired but after I got my phone it started back it started to swell up in the back. I called before they opened left a message but have yet to here back from them!

I had an emergency and needed my i pad fixed ASAP. They were able to not only fix it but bring it a closer location to make it easier for me to pick up. Great staff and my I pad works like it’s brand new. Def go there to have your electronics fixed!!

Came in with a IPhone 5SE to get the screen fixed, he didn’t do that service because the phone was damaged internally. In the past I’ve done business with other companies and they will do the service just for money but this experience was different. I ended up buying an upgrade used iPhone from him and left with a good deal and great customer service !

An attempt to repair my Iphone with generic parts without consulting or being approved by me resulted in the phone’s malfunction according to Apple. The replacement glass was tinted, was not always responsive to touch or would go black. When I went back, he asked me if I used a power source not recommended for the phone (nice try) to cause the issues I was experiencing. Meanwhile store is full of fake merchandises, cases and chargers resembling originals. Everything is fake in the store from experience. I purchased a screen protector that started chipping within weeks. I was told by CPR that the insurance did not pay him enough to use original Apple parts and I would have to pay extra if I wanted the phone repaired properly. Eventually I was issued another phone by my insurance Square Trade after proving the phone was demolished by using fake parts. I wouldn’t trust them with repairs again. I will save time and read reviews despite being recommended. Beware!

My phone had to literally be rebuilt and once done looked completely like a new phone. While there I also noticed the same service was given to everybody else as well. Service was great. They were fast. But after they fixed my iPhone 8 Plus they didn’t put the screws in in the back so battery was loose. So when I dropped my phone, it wouldn’t turn on. I had to go to another repair shop to get it turned on.

Went to CPR in stonecrest mall for a screen repair on my iPhone XS Max. Had to have the phone repaired twice in one visit, didn’t even leave the store before it started glitching and ghost touching. Was told 30-45 minute wait so I left the mall for an hour, came back and my phone still wasn’t ready. Had to wait for them to replace my screen a second time after I noticed the distortion. Waited another hour only to be told literally THREE times to “give me 10 more minutes”. It was THREE people working there and only ONE was serving the customers. 2 1/2 almost three hours spent waiting for my phone to get fixed. 😤 Paid $200 only for my phone to continue to glitch and ghost touch until it was rendered useless all in a less than two week timeframe and they did NOT want to issue me a refund on top of the screen and protector they put on my phone was dirty so I called the decatur location and explained my issue because I KNEW it wasn’t a software issue or further damage to my phone. He told me it sounded like a simple screen problem and to bring it in for diagnostic. He had my phone for no longer than five minutes before he came and showed me my screen working perfectly fine with the test screen. Told me my phone was perfectly fine and that the previous store had put an incompatible AM screen on my phone 🤨 and it wasn’t a “software update issue” as they said and thought I was dumb enough to go for.. 🙄😒 He replaced my screen free of charge in less than 10 minutes to please me as a return customer to the CPR franchise and my phone is working AS IT SHOULD‼️🙌🏽😩 I recommend EVERYONE to go to THIS particular location. Repair done right and correct parts used the FIRST time‼️ Thank you‼️

I came in for a shield to be put on my J7 phone. They suggested I get a Camara also. They broke the shield on my phone, but replaced it without charge so not bad. But they did not put the shield over my camera on, which I came in for them to do in the first place. It has been 2 weeks and I am still waiting on the part. I use my phone to take pictures of my jewelry for my business so this is a huge inconvenience. But they are nice and does communicate whenever you call. Place is very clean. They are late coming to work. They open at 10 and at 10:30 no one was still there. So I give them a 2 rating. Even after I had it replaced my phone still would not focus.

My phone screen was completely unusable after I goofed and let it roll out of my bed and onto the floor. Luckily I found this spot right around the corner because the only place I had committed to memory without google maps was the ubreakifix in Buckhead. I called twice, the first time they didnt have the right part in but later in the day they did. I went to get some subway a few doors down and by the time I came back to the store the repair was finished, so it took maybe 10-15 mins in total.

Not so good phone service, but very good customer servicelooked into this place for repair of my cracked iPhone XS screen. significantly less expensive than others in the area ($135 vs $230 and even $330 at the other two I checked out nearby vs $270ish at apple).long story short, 3 attempts to repair the phone were not successful for various reasons as new functional issues came up (image would spasm; excess backlight coming through the edge; seldom 80% screen blackout instances that resolved with pressing the button on the right side of the phone / seldom random button presses without my touching / batter draining significantly faster than before).the heart of the problem was almost certainly that authentic apple oled screen was not used, which the manager said was not possible as apple does not allow their parts to be distributed to non-certified service providers. ultimately had the screen replaced at apple which cost $300+ w tax; all issues have resolved, and the phone looks and functions just as it did before the initial damage.although the screen repair was less than I had hoped, the manager was apologetic, offered thoughtful explanations of the issues, and offered me a full refund of the cost of his repair which I accepted (also threw in a free glass screen protector after the first unsuccessful attempt).in the end, a few hours lost and a lesson learned.

When we took the game all that needed to be replaced was the hdmi port because the game was being played previous to being dropped off the port had just been broken. But once we received the game back all of a sudden they say the mother board was messed up... There is no way possible that the motherboard was broken because they was just playing and when you call and ask about it all they keep saying is my tech said this and that..... Do not go here they will not admit to whatever they did..... DO NOT TAKE YOUR GAME SYSTEM HERE!!!!!

Mostly good experience. Came the day before and no one was in the store; although, one sign said open and the store hours said open and google said it was open. That was my only gripe. However, the next day it only took 25 minutes to fix my phone screen and offered a warranty.

They are more expensive BUT on the other hand They have great quality repairs and they are extremely fast with fixing your phone.
