Terrible customer service and people skills. My child and I came into the store to purchase a phone. They didn’t have the phone I wanted. So we left the store. My car wouldn’t start when we were trying to leave. They were beyond rude and threatened to have my car towed after my 4 year old child and I had been stuck outside trying to fix my car for 2 hours. In the end we finally got my car to start and as we left the owners car was actually being towed for a flat tire. Karma. Haha.

Every iPhone I have ever had has come from this store. I lost my phone and came here for a new one this morning. I purchased an iPhone 6s Plus back in December for $350.00 and spent $435.99 for this one (same exact phone) today. I ended up finding my phone and the store acted as if they didnt want to refund me my money. I had to go the store on 4 separate occasions to get my money back. and then they charged me an $85.00 restocking fee I will NEVER spend another dime in here again.

I needed an I phone screen replaced. I call to get a price quote and then call again to get an idea of when they could fix my phone. I was told it would be between 6-7 pm or so before they would have a shipment of screens in, but they would fix it then. I go up there at 7pm after killing time in Decatur all evening to be told they have no screens and then was told a higher price than what was quoted. Needless to say I wont go back again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Very bad and disrespectful ! Had the nerve to go through my pictures in my gallery instead of checking what he was suppose to! Going through my pictures has nothing to do with checking the battery on the phone. I think that’s an invasion of privacy. And still had the nerve to yell at me! DO NOT RECOMEND THEM OR TRUST THEM!
