Ive gone multiple times to Riya Exclusive for quality Indian wear. I first came here with my sister to find her an outfit for my wedding. We had first tried the stores at the international mall but there werent a lot of great options and there was poor customer service, verging on being rude. We decided to come here and received great customer service and the perfect outfit. Ive come here for holiday wear as well and the service and quality of both mens and womens clothing is great. I especially appreciate the customer service. The employees are kind and will help you find the perfect outfit. Ive never bought casual wear from here, but I would definitely recommend for formal/party wear.

Not sure how these kind of people run businesses with zero sense of customer service. We drove 30 miles to get some nice party wear for my wife and daughter. There are two sections - one for regular wear and another section for expensive designs. We wanted expensive ones as Price is not the problem but we wanted nice designs. We saw them in other section and tried to go into it and first question from this lady was - what do you want and not hello how r u. She kept blocking us asking what we needed. When we said we needed party wear she kept insisting we check other section as this is bridal wear only - not sure why we can’t buy them or look at them as they r regular traditional wear that we wanted. We asked we wanted to check those designs but she rudely told us to go to other section without any concern. I can see they have some wedding shopping so she didn’t want us in there. You can do that politely too. You lost significant business and business from all our friends. I suggest that lady to learn some basic human behavior of treating people with respect. Note that we didn’t waste her time or bother her - we had a few seconds of interaction and she didn’t let us into her section and we got out as there is nothing we could do but leave.

Latest design collection, quality material, owner Yogini Patel is knowledgeable and knows how to satisfy customer. They have all helpfull people. I noticed some customer are not happy because they want to pay owner cost which is only possible in car business.

Im not your average client at an Indian clothing shop, but I needed a full outfit for my upcoming wedding, especially a sherwani. Despite not having an average Indian body type, Manju figured out my size without even having to measure, and they worked to make sure I was comfortable in what I was wearing. They did a great job!

Riya Exclusive has the BEST customer service that I have EVER experienced! The staff did an AMAZING job helping my husband and I find beautiful outfits and accessories for an up coming photoshoot we have planned. The staff is so knowledgable! We went in there, told one of the employees our colors and outfit ideas and she went immediately to the racks and picked out exactly what we were looking for! What was even more impressive is when I enquired about bangs, the auntie helping us took a look at my wrist and knew the exact size I would need! The gentleman that works there as well also did an amazing job helping us find shoes that would match our outfits. OVERALL: great quality clothing, great quality staff, great family atmosphere. This is the ONLY store my husband and I will go to find cultural wear. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Nice shop with lots of fabrics. Cant comment on price, just stopped while waiting for a road to open.

Walked in around 2pm on a Saturday, and all employees were enjoying lunch, simultaneously. There was a 15 min wait for assistance, had to go elsewhere.

Best place to buy ethnic wear.

We came to shop for dresses after checking the store time. And the Google showed it was “open” at 11am. We waited 30 mins till 11:30am and still no one showed up to open the store. Few other customers were waiting out as well.Very very unprofessional and annoying.
