Poboys deli is hands down the best seafood Ive ever had in North Alabama. Its not a sandwich, its not a hoagie, and its not a sub--these guys absolutely nail the bread perfectly(and if youre a poboy fan, you know what Im talking about)... Its crunchy but wont tear up your mouth, and its soft but not to the point of falling apart. The seafood is phenomenal but its such an easy thing to ruin with bad bread--so thumbs up for perfect bread.
