First time been here. they have huge parking lot with alot of truck. clean restroom and great parking space to take a rest from long trip.

Been stopping here every morning for the past 2 weeks. It has awhile since Ive been to a fast food restaurant that the ppl behind the counter knew what they were doing. The woman behind the counters name was Connie. Connie was on point. Very professional team. I will be returning.

Easy on/ off limited parking, subway, mcdonalds, and cooler item selection, clean bathrooms, truck wash 2 miles down the road from pilot

I love this place. I just love truck stops. Their showers are great and the employees are always so nice. Its very clean also.

So besides being charged for a cup of ice 60¢ 🤔 I mean seriously a cup of ice in a small cup at that... Anyways, clean store, bathrooms, and shower rooms (may I also add that the manager was not above cleaning shower rooms since she started her shift) Great Management Example✨well stocked store, womens bathroom not so safe, with children having easily access to cleaning chemicals sitting on the floor. Easily accessible OTR fuel setup n parking.

Yall got crackheads running around the parking lot at night waking up the truck drivers asking for money... Other than that, the showers were really clean, and everyone was really nice.

As a truck stop is considered it sucks Loves on the west side is more nostalgic. As a gas station its great has most of the things I would normally buy but everything is expensive which is expected for a truck stop

The greyhound from St. Louis to Chicago and vice versa stops here for a quick break sometimes. The service is always quick and the place is always clean. Restrooms have always been clean. Never ran into any problems. Great service.

I prefer to use Pilot/Flying J stops and fule stations because of their preferred driver program! And they always have clean restrooms and the stations have anything you might need and are well kept!

Absolutely disgusting! The bathrooms were so nasty and backed up. There was excrement and used toilet paper all over the bathroom stalls! I would not even allow my dog to even go there. it definitely says something about the cleanliness of this particular pilot travel Center. I was sorely displeased and when I went up to the counter I was going to use my Pilot travel card to to use a shower credit so that I could at least get a clean restroom to use. I was about a half a credit shy and the lady told me that she couldnt do it even after I told her how nasty the bathrooms were and she did not offer any further help. If this is how Pilot travel centers of America wants to do business than they cant have my business! Kind of makes me wonder if TA truck stop or Petro or even Loves might be the next best place for me to go. Really really displeased not happy at all. There is no sense in having this type of filthy nasty restrooms and theres no sense in the staff being so apathetic and not willing to care for the needs of customers.I am giving them the lowest possible store because if they keep their bathrooms in the shape what does that tell you about the other parts of the store. I definitely would not eat or drink anything from there.

Very clean. Good and safe place to stop. Has subway and McDonalds inside same building. Staff is friendly depending on the time. In my experience, the later at night you go, the less friendly they are. Bathrooms are nice. Good location right next to the interstate exit.

7 am all showers dirty and no one is cleaning it

We were traveling home and stopped here on the way. It was raining and very wet outside. My mom walked in the door and immediately fell because they did not have any mats or even signs out that the floor was wet and muddy. The employees looked over at her and then continued working. Nobody asked if she was okay. Nobody checked on her. And she was hurting pretty badly. She had hurt her knee and her wrist. I informed her that she needed to at least have them fill out an accident report just in case. The girl at the counter did not want to. Then she stated that she didnt actually work there so she has no access to anything and she wouldnt call anyone. So she said my mom could write her name and number down on the back of a receipt... Instead, I had my mom write down her name, number, and an explanation of the event. Then I asked the girl to write her name on there too as a witness. She didnt want to do that either but she did and just scribbled her name so you couldnt even tell what it was. I took a picture of the receipt and we left. We didnt end up needing to do anything because after a couple days, my mom was okay. But the way that the whole situation was handled was absolutely ridiculous. They saw her fall and couldnt take a moment to ask or see if she was okay. Then they didnt want to cooperate. Maybe because they knew it was their fault since the floors were soaked and they hadnt put any mats out anywhere. After my mom fell, multiple other people slipped before they finally put the mats out. I would be careful coming here in the future, especially while it is raining.

The staff is helpful and nice store is clean. Restrooms are okay. Dont like the sliding toilet lids thou. Ouch. Parking lot for trucks is too small and needs to be cleaned up a bit.

Clean and pleasant. Very nice inside. Staff was lovely. Id recommend visiting if in the area or on a road trip past it.

Not the worst but still can do better on the cleanliness front. Washrooms could be tidier like other Pilot stations are. The flies sure do love them some McDonalds here though.

Clean showers good food

The outside pumps were so dirty...I never went in to see what else is being offered. The way I see it, the employees do not care if I track grease and grime in my truck, or how dirty my hands get handling the equipment, I d9 not want to spend any more money to see what else they could care less about. This station does not get my vote.

Facilities were clean all the soda Taps worked fast and friendly service seriously as truck stops go what more could you ask for.That being said I dont mind waiting for my McDonalds chicken nuggets so I can get them fresh, but if I wait that long for chicken nuggets shouldnt I get fresh fries to?

This is a well laid out quick stop with access to a couple different eateries and a few essentials for the road.The parking lot was large and easy to navigate so that made it easy to get in and out quick.

Friendly, helpful staff. There is a McDonalds and Subway restaurant inside also along with a convenience store where your able to purchase small items for your auto, OR even more for semis. Showers for passing over the road truckers, and over night parking for them as well.

Absolutely the best parking assistance I have ever had from in store personnel in the rain I might add. Carole is absolutely amazing.

I will never stop here again. It seriously took 15 minutes to get out of the parking lot to get back on the road because of the stop light there. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to get fuel if you want to get anywhere that day Absolutely insane

Its a typical truckstop session

This is my go to stop on my monthly trip thru the area. Convenient stop on the interstate. Lots of fuel pumps and lots of snacks. With a McDonalds and Subway onsite, you can fill your tank and your tummy. Clean bathrooms are a plus. The area is not congested like the next exit in town so it is much quicker to get in and out.

Always loved Pilots. Excellent coffee, clean showers and great staff. This one is no different than the others. They do a great service for drivers.

Pilot Travel Center #368.The cashiers, are incompetent..do not know how to honor a simple manufacturer coupon.Management does not know what they are doing, either..Bathrooms,were not clean..And unsavory chacters walking around parking lot,asking for money and rides..Will not stop at Pilot#368.My fiancee,is a owner/operator..we stop at ALL Pilots and Flying Js truck stops.But,I assure you we will not be back to that one..Worst experience, weve EVER had at a Pilot..Really dissatisfied and disappointed..

The credit card machines on the pumps wouldnt read the chip cards. Peeps were nice but had to walk in to activate pump (prepay)

This is a quiet, safe stop for the night or for reset. Friendly staff. McDonalds and Subway. Showers and laundry ($2.75 wash & dryers free). No drivers lounge while waiting for laundry. However, the place is filthy inside and out. Bathrooms were horrible.

Pumps don’t have auto shut off. Great job maintaining safety features.

Clean and upbeat truck stop. Restrooms were clean and well appointed. Lady at the subway was by herself and overworked - manager for the subway needs to look at staffing on Saturdays.

I only parked here overnight but had room late night so its a pretty good place to try if your stopping for the night after 8

Store is pretty clean, has a Subway and a McDonalds. The parking lot is pretty small. Heres my rant, as an owner-operator it gets very discouraging watching large fleets drivers disrespect others by parking wherever without considering anyone around them. You didnt ask for that so Im done.

Clean restrooms and store. Huge variety of items at decent prices considering its mainly for trucks.

When we were here 2 WEEKS ago the handicapped shower was out of order because of busted pipes. They STILL! haven’t fixed them. I really don’t know if it has been out of order longer than this. WOW! There is only ONE of these showers, too. Apparently they are NOT concerned with those of us who require them. Thanks Pilot.....😏

Limited parking. Mostly local trucks parking here. Typical food items: Subway and McDonalds. The facility and amenties are in need of refurbishing. Mens bathroom is a mine field of dirt and broken amenities. Personnel are courteous and helpful.

Were OTR drivers from Louisiana and often notice the lack of Southern Hospitality at many of the stops we have up North. But, the daytime manager and staff here were among the friendliest and accommodating people weve come across. Will definitely be a regular stop on our future runs up this way.

Its decent they normally have more than one check out person. On the negative side and I would say that their pumps need to be updated you have to push very hard. Also their drinks are way overpriced for Fountain sodas.

Food was great.the floor had just been cleaned and it was wet and whatever cleaner they was using and must have had some kind of oil in it and it was terrible the floor was like glass with water.we were going to leave cuz I couldnt even walk across the floor and a girl saw me that work there and went and got a pad on a mop and came out and tried to drive so then we went on in and had our food.I have noticed a bunch of restaurants using the same oil E-Type stuff to clean the floor with and it makes a tile floor terrible it is so dangerous.eventually someone is going to sue McDonalds because they fell down and cracked their head open on their oily cleaner that they clean the floors with.

My truck was losing air called this location to see if they had a mechanic on duty and the employee Michelle was very rude and told me to hold on because she had a long line of people forget I almost had no breaks thats not important. Will never spend a dime there or go there as long as I live. Very disappointed in PILOT

Horrible semi truck parking lot. Its small and at night, its packed and many trucks will park in the middle, causing problems for ones in legal spots to be able to get out as they refuse to move. If you need to leave at night....dont park here.Also its a mad house from the entrance to the fuel pumps. Busy!!

Most gas stations put a temporary $1 charge on your credit card just to verify its active. Here, they place a $151 charge and (or course) have no one inside who can give any reason why they would subject you to that risk. Its disgusting and its clear they only do it because youre a captive customer. Gas up early and often - ELSEWHERE - so you can avoid this trash.

The lot around the fuel islands are joke.... The vast majority of the time the app doesnt work cuz you connect to the store and then some pumps work with the app and some dont...

Its a gas station but the thing I like about it is employees always friendly always clean bathrooms pretty much always clean unless they have like a mad rush or something but its a good place to stop at
