I have been working with Construction Resources for more than 8 years. I own an interior design company and would not consider using any other company. They are my one-stop-shop for all of my new construction and renovation projects. Their showroom and slab gallery are like none other in the city. Their knowledge, selection and service are impeccable.I have worked directly with Mike Maddox for all of my builder countertop needs for the better part of that 8 years. I cannot say enough about him and his extremely high level of customer service. Mike has an eye for detail and insists on things being done the right way, the first time. With him, I know that I am getting a good deal, and that my project is going to look incredible, every time.

I recently had new Quartz countertops (Cambria Berwyn) installed by CR Home, which I had known in the past as Atlanta Marble. This company has been around for many years and actually installed my bathroom countertops and master tub about 27 years ago. For the countertop installation, I dealt with Garrett Johnson and he was a total pleasure to work with. He always responded to my many questions and was kind and patient as we worked through the lengthy process--which was made even more lengthy because of COVID and the lack of availability of appliances, etc. My kitchen countertops and island make an octagonal shape which makes fitting countertops even more difficult. However, even though one countertop was not fitting quite right when the installers came, they worked until they were able to get everything aligned perfectly. The result is a stunning countertop and is a huge face lift for my kitchen. I cannot say enough good things about Garrett Johnson, CR Home, and their installation team. I am still waiting on my cabinet doors, but everything else is complete and you can still see the beautiful countertops in the photos.

We are in our 16th home is some 50 years of marriage, My wife wanted to completely renovated out Kitchen. Over the years we have done this type of project. We interviewed 4 Kitchen Design Companies and after two disappeared during the process we found one of the best in our history of remodeling. Wow! I am finishing my basement and was dreading the trip to pick out countertops, tiles and sinks but Antonette Copeland turned my dread into delight! CR Home has an amazing selection of everything all in one place. I thought I would be overwhelmed with options, but Antonette listened to what I needed and steered me in the right direction. I picked out a vanity top and was wondering what tiles I should put on the floor and in the shower. Antonette picked up a sample and laid it next to the vanity tile....I loved it! I will begin by stating this company offers the lowest price for glass shower doors.I ordered a shower glass door approximately 16 days ago through Rick.I was told it would take 7-10 for the glass to leave their warehouse and then be delivered. I’ve had to follow-up 4 times since I first placed the order. The first follow-up was 5 days after my order, and then again on the 14,15, and now 16th days.I called and spoke with one of the employees (Paul)who stated I was next in line and would have the door installed today, March 30 at 10 am.I never received a confirmation email or call so I called today.I’ve called 4 times and left 2 messages(one with the receptionist and one with the installer). No one is aware of the whereabouts of the installer and I’m unable to contact my sales rep Rick.I then receive a text message at 10:15 am stating the installer wasn’t feeling well and they cannot install my Glass door.I’ve not only wasted 3 weeks, my money, and tome.

We used CR for new countertops in our kitchen and could not be more pleased. Darren Domino, our project manager, was great to work with and promptly addressed any questions or concerns. On the day of installation, the installers found a crack in the sink we had purchased from another vendor. We were able to get a replacement sink delivered the next day and Darren had another crew out that same day to install the new sink. Everything looks great, and we are very grateful that they discovered the problem with the sink and got the new sink installed so promptly. Thanks to Darren and his crew for their excellent work!

At first I didnt like the plan for the kitchen island. I wanted the design to have more movement and they immediately changed the slab to a better piece. The WORST customer service ever. We experienced water damage in our kitchen. When we got ready for reconstruction, our contractor recommended that we reach out to Construction Resources to see if they would contract with us to reset the 60x80 piece of granite. I called twice and left very detailed messages asking them to call me even if they were not interested or did not do this work, just to let me know. They could not even be bothered to do that. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I know I sure will when I remodel my kitchen next summer.

Poor customer service. I called the corp office and the receptionist hung up on me.I ordered a range and microwave on 12/4/2019. It was to be delivered on 12/17. No calls or emails until I reached out to Butch myself. Range did not arrive. It will be there 12/18. Called to day will not be in until 12/19. I find it hard to believe that in this day and time this company does not have workflow process to track customers orders, The sales person Butch never called or responded until I contacted them. I canceled my order cant deal with no customer service

I worked with Tatiana and it was just great. She knows her stone slabs and was a tremendous help. It was a such a wonderful experience being able to look at stone, tile and backsplash.. I should have gone right away when I began my project!

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY - The work they do is mediocre at best and overpriced. CR also has a total lack of integrity in their business practices and will not stand behind their shoddy work. To top it off their staff is rude and will not help you when needed.

I never do reviews. . . But in this case I have had 2 similarly bad experiences with this company concerning countertop installs! The granite itself was fine, but their installers are like bulls in a china shop! Scratched 2 $400 Kraus sinks (one for a client, and one for my personnel home) Its ridiculous to think that just taking a little bit of extra time to cover the inside of the sink with a towel or plastic etc. would solve this problem! I even suggested and provided as such, but they didnt take my suggestion. I called the sales rep. that took our order and asked if instead of replacing the sink at their cost (which would have cost them more than $ 500 dollars!) if they could simply give us a little discount just to save face, she seemed like it was an imposition! Oh, and when I got off the phone with her I noticed they dented the front of our brand new dishwasher!!! If you hire them watch the installers like a hawk!*****Update! After repeated attempts to get someone to come by and take a look at the damage caused by the installers our salesperson said we were required to pay our bill in total before they would look into our claim! Right!!!! I would never pay for something when trying to resolve a dispute over poor service or damaged items and hope that we will be reimbursed. . . So I reached out to the Vice President of the company and left a message, and no response! So after not hearing from him, I called the salesperson and tried to find out what gives. She claimed that how do they know that they caused the damage as so much time had passed, basically accused us of trying to screw them over. Never have I had such an unprofessional experience with a company. We paid them in full. . . and as I expected, never heard back from them! DONT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU! Go elsewhere for your remodeling needs.

We were introduced to CR from our first builder. The selection of counter top materials was amazaing. When we decided to remodel our Master Bath, we knew where we wanted to go to pick our counter tops.The first marble product we picked was beautiful, but it was too fragile to install and CR attempted twice to make it work perfectly. This did not happen and CR had us pick another marble product at no cost to us and the 3 Rd install went perfectly.The moral for us was we picked a quality company that stood behind their product from start to finish until we satisfied.Thank You Terrie D for working with us to our satisfaction.

Met with David in the stone yard on 6/29 to look at the leftover pieces for a small laundry room project. He did not quote any prices but gave me a copy of the estimate sheet and informed me that someone from the design center would call me. I waited a week and called them on on 7/6 and was connected with a designer. She was unable to locate me in the system, but took my information including what I wanted an estimate on and said she would call back. After 48 hours she had not gotten back to me and I went to another area stoneyard which was able to give me a price while I was there. They got my money. Customer service and communication get a failing grade at CR.
