Amazing service! Thanks so much Byran!Team mom and more..lol..for basketball team. I was in a bind to get some jerseys screen printed in a very short time. Everyone kept telling me that it would take 2 weeks or longer to complete 45 jerseys. I could not accept that answer.I explained to Byran that I had my blank jerseys and what needed to be added. I explained our situation to him. He rose to the occasion. He got all of our jerseys done in about 36 to 40 hours. He was a God send for sure. He has 2 locations and was able to squeeze our order into his already full work schedule.The jerseys came out exactly as requested. I was able to pickup and distribute to the teams in time for our first tournament. There was a small hiccup that he fixed immediately. A few jerseys got removed for quality check so removed from box. He met me at tournament to get them to me. Let me say no one is doing that. He goes over and beyond to provide exceptional service!!He did our 2nd set of jerseys and tshirts as well. The parents and players have been extremely pleased as has our coaching staff. Please do not be like me. Lol. Get your order to him with plenty of time to complete say 2 weeks. Lol! No one else needs gray hairs. Exceptional service with an overwhelming positive attitude! Never saw him sweat!FYI You do not have to provide your own apparel. We had ordered ours in advance. They will provide.

I love how welcoming they always are and how quick they are with the turnaround times(depending on the order size). These guys are vets in this printing game. Worst service I have ever received in my life. The young man at the counter is very dishonest & unprofessional. 3 weeks went by and never received my custom Nipsey Hussle shirt so I ultimately ended up getting a refund because they kept giving me the run around. Please DO NOT go here if you need your product in a timely manner. This place is despicable and they have lost a potential fruitful customer in myself.

Top Notch Great Customer Service!!Bryan had his hands full dealing with me being over 3 football teams but it wasnt to much for him. He made sure my order was done in a timely manner and correct. He stayed communicating with me regarding my order and offering his ideas to make my order perfect like I wanted.

My experience was great... they communicate with you as if they knew you and they make you you understand before they began to work. They also made my my shirt with in 15 to 20 minutes. Other place would of took hours. I also came right before closing and still got my shirt the same day.

Very unprofessional! If you need shirts printed for a special or important occasion i suggest you go somewhere else. I called them a day in advance to get 3 shirts printed for my Gender Reveal and they told me to come on in it would be no problem to do. So i drove from downtown Atlanta through traffic to get to Home Apparels just for them to tell me they can’t do it. All i wanted was MAMA on the back of my shirt, DADDY on the back of my bf shirt, and UNCLE on the back of my brothers shirt. So simply right? And they couldn’t even do that. I’ve heard stories of them messing up shirts and designs before but i gave them a chance anyway and they failed to even try. Instead they told me it would be a two day turn around for those simple shirts. Plus they couldn’t give me a specific time to pick them up. So they really messed up my plans for my first gender reveal with my first child. I’ll never rely on them again🙅🏾

Worst quality printing and I gave them a png and somehow they left some white on the image....feels like a sticker on a shirt. And the image is not same color I sent. Wish I could give no stars honestly.

I had a jacket down with a custom embroidered business logo. The service, communication and quality is horrible. The business owner is not a man of his word and has no integrity to do business.Save money and time and go to a professional! The business card had black lettering, the lettering in the work he did is grey and you cant even see the word est.There was no communication done on the owner’s part to ensure that what was on the card was actually done right.

My company recently decided to go with Home Team Apparel, South Dekalb Mall after exploring many options and was lead to believe that they offered something quite simply others were not offering. This was quite the mistake! I picked up my order on May 31, 2018 and wore the items to work on June 2, 2018 while at work the lettering begin to literally fall off! I immediately took pictures and emailed Home Team Apparel and attached pictures and to no surprise no email was returned not to mention even a phone call. I should have taken the hint when I came into pick up my items when there were mistakes even though the order form clearly stated what should have been on the shirts. Unfortunately, Home Team Apparel lost a customer who was possibly considering a monthly contract in regards to uniform lettering for my employees.

Normally I have a GREAT experience here! The items I order are usually done in an hour or so, great work, & great customer service even over the phone! However, I went in yesterday and the young man was rude, only talked to a younger girl that came in, & was SO unwilling to help me that I just agreed to whatever so I could get out of there! I felt as if I was annoying him. If I didnt already know how to fill out the form for my order I wouldve been out of luck because he wasnt going to help me with ANYTHING. I ALMOST did a large order with them for a family business, but he was so rude it ruined my entire day! Also, I came in the afternoon & for ONE shirt I was told I had to come back the next day AFTER I paid & I live 45 mins away. Sooooo disappointed. It was good while it lasted.

So happy that I found HTA, my sons private school sent me to a location that requires you to buy their shirts in order to get embroidery done, they charge 18.99 per shirt. I was able to take advantage of Old Navys $3.00 and get the schools logo done for 7.99. HTA did a great job in finding the schools logo online and getting the shirts back to me within a week. #ISupportSmallBuisnesses

I ordered 4 shirts from here for my niece was told they would be ready next day....Called to see if order was ready was told yes advise them that I would be there in 30 min.. was told ok got there shirts wasnt had to wait and additional 30-40 min to complete the order after completing the order you didnt show the shirts just put them in a bag...Shirts didnt nelong to me so I didnt check them....My mind told me to look in the bag every shirt beside 1 was wrong leaving off a word...Took the shirt back to be told they would be ready before they closed yesterday and ready for pickup today...My neice went to pick them up this morning shirts couldnt be found and had not been touched...VERY POOR BUSINESS 😟 then on your next order 20% off hell you didnt get the first order right it want be a next time...and we wonder why Blacks dont suppport each other business!!! This is the reason right here because your work is never completed...Now I understand why you dont take orders over the phone because your work is not guaranteed...I wouldnt recommend nor support this place....Although I reported it to the BBB today....You cant just handle business like that and think its ok....Let the truth be told he want to try and handle every order and can not handle them all...Speaking from what I seen...The owner I assume will be helping you and if another customer come to register he will stop to catch that order without yours being completed...I dont need to call about the messed up I know will not use them....Pissed off gor the waste
