My first time visiting. Donuts are delicious!! Couldnt believe a dozen only cost $10.58! Took them to the office and everybody LOVED them!!!! Best donuts Ive tasted in a long time. They are so fresh, and old fashion. I will be back when we need some for an event.

Wanted to try out something new. The donut holes were okay, but I had better donuts. In my opinion. But the lady who greeted was nice!

Super affordable and super tasty! Worth getting up and out to go get! The sausage rolls are an unexpected menu item, but delish!!! Its nice to have a little savory option to balance the sweetness of the scrumptious donuts!

Ive heard about them for some time. And Ive seen a few of their shops pop up recently. They must do good business ‍. Yes they do!I was headed to the city for a long day and decided to stop. The staff is so sweet! There was so much to take in. The donuts looked sensational! I decided to try their sour cream. It was even better than it looked. Moist, flavorful and not too sugary.Sarahs Donuts is now on my list of places to stop in the AM! You should visit one of their locations soon. Why? Because ASH SAID IT!

Super light and fluffy doughnuts. Didn’t have a big selection (maybe because I came closer to closing time) but I got the glazed and cinnamon twist and they were yummy.

Ive tried just about every donut shop in Atlanta. These are the best donuts and sausage rolls in the city. They taste like God intended.

Theyre cool! I was expecting a better taste since i heard so much about them. Great hours of operation 5am-2pm. Several locations, nice Asians. I found the chocolate glaze to be my fave. $10 for a dozen.

Flat out Delicious. Im Not easy in the Doughnut Category but I would order by the dozens. I grew up on Winchells Doughnuts. The only difference is those were HOT. I LOVE a Hot doughnut. However The dough is SPOT ON. Its everything you love about fluffy cotton candy and then its so good it wont Last😥😥😥😥 I had the cinnamon stick and the chocolate bar. You AreNot Ready

As a professional food scientist and foodie these are hands down the BEST doughnuts I have ever had. They are made perfectly, are fluffy and not to heavy. They are not over glazed and are perfect regardless of the hour you go. This is the only doughnut shop you will ever need.

I made time to drive to Sarah Donuts before work today. Their prices are actually less than what I remember paying at Dunkin and Krispy Kreme, and also Quicktrip. A basic donut is only .89, and fancy donuts are only 1.29. They have other items including sausage rolls.I bought one glazed plain and one unglazed red velvet. Dough in both of these donuts did taste less sweet than the three shops mentioned above. The sticky glazed coating is extremely sweet though, so avoid anything glazed if you want less sugary taste. The unglazed red velvet was delicious.I didnt have one, but the filled donuts are actually filled when you order. They have a few different flavors on the prep table behind the counter. I didnt think to ask if the fillings are made from scratch or are from cans.Also, if you plan on buying less than $5 worth of donuts, make sure you have cash since there is a minimum charge for cards.The interior of the shop is clean with a lot of seating. They have a case with cold drinks though I already had water. Still unsure how they do enough business to justify closing at 2:30 every day... seems they are losing money by not being open for customers after usual work hours.Rating: ★★★★☆ (would give a fifth start if theyd just stay open longer).

The place was small but amazing. They cared about keeping themselves which I liked and their donuts were amazing. It’s sad that the close so early compared to another donut place I know but that makes them more enjoyable. They had donuts I never seen before. Thank you for the amazing experience.

Had the coffee, eclair and the ham & cheese croissant. All are very delicious! The coffee really surprised me. It was a hazelnut coffee, very fragrant! The pastries are fluffy!

Been several times. Always clean and the owners are so kind! The donuts are fresh every time. All the classics and more. We also love their apple fritters and the kolaches! Beats the heck out of the trendy overpriced donut shops.

I haven’t been inside a Sarah Donuts, but I’ve had Sarah Donuts many times. They are By far one of the BEST DONUTS I’VE EVER HAD! (When I say one of the best, there is only ONE other place that compares; the rest don’t even come close!) The ONLY gripe I have is they close around 2pm which is pretty much the only reason I haven’t been inside because I’m at work. The good news is I recently left my job AND A new Sarah Donuts opened very close to home so I will be making my way in very soon 🍩

Pretty good donuts. Good options, but even the less sweet ones were super sugary and sweet. Good for kids, and good on occasion, but sometimes I want a donut in the morning that doesnt taste like dessert. Id say this was still better than Sublime donuts though.

These donuts are far superiour to any other. All of the ones that I have had were delicious. They were so good, I forgot to take a picture of them before the family got into them. Prices are reasonable for the quality. I think we selected 9 of them and it was roughly $10. If you have not tried them, pass the rest up and go straight to Sarahs!!

These are by far THE BEST DONUTS in the metro area! They are lite and hand made with LOVE!First had them in Texas and was sssooo glad to here that they were arriving in Decatur. I certainly hope that the Emory population LOVES them as much as I doAlways fresh, always an unexpected treat ;-)

O so good! Their donuts are delicious and reasonably priced compared with a lot of other places in the area. I love that they do their fillings on demand, so you can get an eclair without fillings if you want, and basically as long as they have fillable donuts you can get any flavor you want.

I finally caught this place while they were open! I had some doughnuts from the Roswell location last year & I still remembered how good there were! I went in for some kind of old fashioned cake doughnut with this galaxy glaze on the top... It tasted as good as it looked AND I realized I got 2 free doughnut holes once I got home. The lady at the front was also very nice, she greeted me with a smile & got me, in, out & on my way. Look forward to having another again soon!

Yummy and not too expensive

This place is pure magic! I stopped in early on a Friday morning to grab donuts for my coworkers and the smell of sugar and fried dough immediately envelopes you. It is bright, cheery, and clean inside and the donuts are beautifully displayed. There is a large variety of both cake and yeast donuts, and the two women who were working were adorable, kind, and smiled throughout our interaction. The doughnuts are excellent and fairly priced. I cant think of a better way to start your day than stopping in to Sarah Donuts :)

Well... Ive eaten the twice & had the same thing both times. The first time was great! Thats why I went back for more! But the second time..... smh, didnt go so well. Ill just say I brought the remainder home and my son ended up having the same tummy issues that I had. 😔 but it was so good. Everyones allowed to have a bad day.

This family-owned donut shop features several locations in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Their newest location provides close access for Emory students and features an amazing sausage roll that combines the qualities of pigs in a blanket with yeast dough. I prefer the old fashioned style donuts, not the frou-frou $3+ apiece style donut thats all about fancy toppings. If you are the same, then this is your spot! Excellent cake donuts and very affordable. I brought some in to my coworkers and we tried the blueberry, devils food, chocolate, sour cream, and a few others. They were all good but the glazed sour cream donut got rave reviews from everyone!

The best lightest freshest Donuts in a long time. Ive tried many around Atlanta. There is none better than Sarah!

They have very good donuts, very sweet ones, but their pricing structure has become incredibly complicated and leads to frustration. Signage list three tiers of pricing but multiple things are not accurate including whether you want a glazed doughnut (aka, fancy, topped, really??) topped again with cream cheese frosting, and that their topped doughnut of maple and bacon is not actually just a fancy but in the highest priced tier along with fritters. On top of all this when clarifying about one item the clerk decided she had made an error and further up charged for an additional doughnut. Total charges with no $1.79 listed items in my dozen was nearly $17.

Decent selection of really tasty donuts. They don’t focus on being the most creative (although there are some fun choices) but the donuts, and the staff, are great.

Possibly the best donut Ive had. Comparing to both the big chains (Dunkin, Krispy) and smaller boutique spots (Sublime, Bonglaze, Duck Donut) - this place kills it. If you like creme filled donuts, like Boston Cream and eclairs, these guys keep the donut unfilled and fill to order. That keeps the donut fresh and not soggy.

Go to place for donuts. Reasonably priced with s large selection of classics. I have no trouble finding an excuse to come here to get a dozen to celebrate something on a Saturday morning.

4.5 stars if I could. And Half a star for throwing in a couple donut holes in my bag! Your frostings and fillings need to be handcrafted- very sweet and prepackaged taste....but your dough is supple and soft- not hard and stiff; winning 3.5 stars. One star for great customer service.
