I sent pics of the product I wanted done, and I got no response from this company. If they were unable to do what I wanted they should have at least got back with me so I could have contacted other embroidery companies. In my opinion this company is unprofessional and would not recommend.

This was the worst experience ever, clearly the owner does not take accountability or ownership for anything. If time, professionalism and great customer service is a matter of concern then DO NOT USE her services. If you look at her Yelp reviews where customers have indicated their dissatisfaction her response is filled with excuses and meaningless responses with no regard to their issue. The only reason she has one star is because that is the lowest Google score that can be given.
