I purchased a pack of Georgia Boy Spicy Sausage from this store and when I say the sausages had a very stron sour taste yo them! Please!! Please be extremely careful when purchasing any produce at this store! 😰🤢😠 My household has been sick the entire weekend!

Sadly, they dont carry wood chips for smoking meat. We had to go a mile up the street to Kroger for that. I really appreciate that the receipts group your items into categories like Meat, Dairy, Nonfood Items, etc. Restroom is not marked with signs at all -- go to the back of the store, right hand side, and go through the swinging doors. They carry lots of items you wont find at other chains, such as turkey wings and white dirt.

Only 2 registers open. Waited in line with one customer in front of me and one customer being checked out for approximately 10 minutes. When the patron at the register was finished, the cashier looked at us and said, Im closed. We were forced to go to the end of the next line which was already long. When one customer asked where was the manager, the cashier shouted, SHE BACK THERE!! but she never came. When asked why we werent informed about the line being closed earlier and allowed to stand there so long, our concerns went unanswered. The cashier emerged from the office a short time after that, looked at the woman in line and said, I dont know why she mugging! The woman replied, am I supposed to be smiling after having to stand here this long? Long story short, we were forced to bundle together even closer, not being able to stand 6 feet apart in these trying times in which social distancing is so important. Employers must realize that good customer service saves lives during a pandemic. I know nothing will come of this but I had to speak out.

I love this store! The produce is great, the store is so clean and everyone is friendly. Plus they have their radio station set to the best of Motown!For an example of how Wayfield stands out for having great produce, see below photo for two bagged salads from Wayfield flanking a Kroger bag of wet, sloppy lettuce and other unidentifiable ingredients. The difference is clear.

I shop there for food for many years and still do, its also close to my home and low prices great savings

I like Wayfeild,,, But it Doesnt Have Great Cuts of Meat! And not enough Ethnic foods!!! Other than that your customer skills are awesome!!!

Warfield is not my every week shopping store, but I will say the 5 pick for 19.99 is a good deal other than that there prices is too high for certain items. It may be a good store for people who live in the area.

Went to this Wayfield Foods location for the first time. This a small neighborhood grocery store but has a nice selection of meats and produce. I saw some seasonings here I dont see at the bigger chains. We love this sausage that come in hot and mild great to put on the grill.

It’s so sad how they do the black community! This location sells old meats and old veggies! I bought lemons and oranges a few days ago because I’ve been sick and this place won’t do anything but make you sicker! I feel bad for the seniors and people in the community with no transportation

Dont go here often, but decided to get some oxtails Sunday and a pack with about 10 pieces was 40 dollars, come on Wayfield even the local farmers market you can get a healthy pack for 25-30 dollars. Im sure this batch wont sell too fast.

I used to shop at Wayfield Food a while back I stopped going because of the customer service they hired new people and it seemed that the customer service became a lot better the shop there the 1st of October and the food prices have been bumped up and I looked at the some of the dates on the food I dont look that the meat as well and notice that some of the meat whats a greenish color not fresh at all so that lets me know that they color the meat with red food coloring dye to make it look fresh and I have to sometime 3 labels what all different prices theyre able to afford commercials for the radio and TV but theyre not doing nothing as far as the store itself so personally just my opinion I wont be shopping there anymore.

Meats here always minimal quality/quantity. Non perishables in aisles are costly

Our cashier had an attitude today, I asked her how old does a person have to be to work there.....I was asking for my 15 year old son. She shrugs her shoulders and rolls her eyes then says 16, I dont know. The prices were so so..... Clean store and easy to find everything. Bought stir fry and added shrimp and onions.....of course I seasoned it well.

This has not always been my go to Wayfield Foods because of many bad experiences in the past. But I decided to stop by today because of their sales and I must say that I had a great experience. The lines were not long and the cashier was very friendly. I will definitely shop here more often.

I love this store, its in my community, convenient, clean, organized shelves and freezes are always stocked. While food shopping I seem to find a new and different product to try. The store offers weekly sales, at anytime I have shopped I always found the prices and quality of the items to be within close range similar to other grocery stores in the area.

A good smaller grocery store. I dont do my major grocery shopping there but they are more convenient because it is small and carry most of your grocery needs. Staff seem to be readily available if you have questions. Prices are compatible with competitors. They often run good sales that I take advantage of.

Small but good produce section. Good selection of meats. Service has improved a lot. Generally no long lines and its common to be greeted when you enter.

If you are black AND male, especially young, you will not get greeted when you enter and assistance while shopping is limited, even if you are female. Sadly, this location has a STRONG slave mentality in which the employees will not help you or offer services and goods at high quality because the store is located in a mostly black and poor neighborhood. If you get help, it will be more of a point in the direction or something else. When two teen males worked there under another manager, I got more help then compared to any other time. The store sells on many occasions spoiled meat and moldy produce at sale and regular prices. You will see fungal growth on produce, dead flies around the packaged meats and dont you dare ask the butcher for help. You must check the unit prices on the meats or you will be over- or under-charged. This store cannot keep a manager. The store has more female employees who love to talk and not work. The items on the shelves are many times soiled and the prices do not match the shelf prices. The attitudes and ignorance I get here just for trying to get help while shopping when the store is not officially closed is not worth the prices or the selection of items. Why do so many people who perceive themselves as black think it is acceptable to treat others with similar backgrounds like trash or limit good services and products? I would not cry if this store closed.
