I took my mom to Connect Hearing when her hearing aids had an issue with a constant tweet sound. She had gone to multiple people to fix the issue before and Pam at Connect Hearing Decatur was the only person that could figure it out and fix the problem for her. Ashley, in the reception area was very accommodating and Pam was fantastic! We would highly recommend seeing them for any hearing aid needs!

The Doctor and other employees were very sweet, informative, and they explained everything so that we could understand.

Suzanne figured out a mess that another hearing aid technician at a completely different company created when they mis-programmed one of my hearing aids to my 99 year old moms profile and programmed one of hers to my auditory profile. Additionally, they mismatched her hearing aid models during a repair and sent her two that dont match, one of which was actually mine... or something like that. It was sooo frustrating, especially with my mom in assisted living and therefore in isolation from me (and 35 miles away)... anyway (jeeze) Suzanne at Hearing Connection Decatur figured it all out and programmed all of them correctly. Brilliant!I highly recommend her for your auditory solutions. Shes great to work with, understanding and intuitive as well as technically astute.Highly recommended, shed get 6 stars if that were possible... 7 or even 10. All the stars! Top grades.

I was diagnosed with Menieres Disease when I was 24(Sucks) and when I saw the first doctor to help me hear it really made me hesitant about going anywhere to get hearing aids. He was awful. Then I went in and Susanne truly changed my mind. She was so kind and gentle and knowledgeable! She helped me to understand my diagnosis, which before now I just lived with. Im coming back for sure!

Alex at the Decatur store has kept my hearing aids in top shape for the past three years. Recently, I had an accident with one of them and it was replaced promptly and no charge. Best customer service i had ever experienced. Highly recommend this location and Alex.

Alex Brannon is competent, outstanding, pleasant, and enjoyable to see. He is a gem.

Alex is a joy to work with. He listens to what the client is saying and spends as much time as needed to get everything right. Finding the right combination of settings for digital programmable hearing aids can be tedious and time-consuming, but he never rushes the client. If re-tweaks are needed at a later time he will take care of everything with a smile on his face. He has gone out of his way to handle emergencies for me, and never seems to get flustered or frustrated.
