The staff is rude and disrespectful. When my coworker and I approached the only person who seemed to be available in the store for assistance we were told to render our bags . The worker identified herself as Nia and refused to give a last name. I noticed that there were no other bags in the possession of the employee and asked if there was a posted policy. She stated that she didnt have to post that policy because she was the manager. My coworker and I felt as though we were targeted based on appearance and race. I havent experienced this policy in this particular store before or any other Dollar Tree. I wonder if this is the policy in more affluent Georgia neighborhoods.

This was a complete disaster. I wasnt greeted upon arrival, but I was informed to leave my bag of recyclables at the front.

The staff are helpful, friendly, a d hilarious. The clientele range from the very young to the very old. The merchandise is handy and convenient. You can find some good deals here if you are on a tight budget. But be warned, its like going to Walmart thinking you are going to pick up just a couple of items and leave with a cart full, but at least you wont spend a lot for it! Your money goes a long way here.

This store freezer was disgusting..What manager will allow this? Very disappointed

Couple of ladies theyre very nice and speak to customers when they see them but there are some that dont say anything they just look at you and walk right past you

Ive been shopping at this branch since it opened. I love the convenience of the closeness, the employees always greet you with a smile and how everything is for a $1.00 or less. Whenever you enter the store, in front there are shelves with items that are either marked down or new items.

Great employees, but I didnt find a number of items that I wanted to buy, so I will have to find another location or go to a different store chain. They do have antibacterial gel at the front of the store, and I did see small bottles for purchase. Some of the shelves were bare or empty meaning merchandise hadnt come in yet or customers are buying in bulk quantities.

The store never has anything too much. Then those hand held carts need to be pressure wash they are horrible. And the associates on the floor on their phones with headsets. Attitudes when asking for help. Ms. Yolanda and Leon are always pleasant. 20 people in one line only one cashier. Really.

This store is unprofessional a store clerk refusably did not stock the shelves for hand sanitizer and soap and it full of un experienced workers I just came to reload a prepaid card for $40.00 and I just checked and it said on my app that it was only $24.00 Im so annoyed I want a refund or fix the damn issue

The store manager clay is very loud and he always have an attitude. I over heard him talking in the office with another dollar treee worker (I’ve never seen him before) about inappropriate things. I asked the cashier to let them know we can hear their conversation. I live near by so I tend to go in here on a regular. The staff is normally nice and friendly expect for him. The line is long sometimes and he never wants to help his cashier. The cashier asked for someone to the front for help because the line was going down the aisle. He walks out the office 5 minutes later and walks outside!! He goes outside to smoke. The cashiers and other management are really nice and helpful

Very pleasant employees and the bathroom was decent. I was able to find everything that I needed, which is sometimes impossible to get everything in one store. I got in and got out because I had somewhere to go. Its convenient and parking is available.

Clean well stocked store. Only drawback is they did not have any shopping carts. No not that they were in use ... they only have two. Certainly limits how much a persom decides to purchase.. something to think about Store Manager.

I like dollar tree because everything is a dollar.

I like that all items are a $1, but the locations make a great difference. The Wesley Chapel, Belvedere locations need a lot of work. The locations futher out are neat,clean,well stocked and remodeled. I love Dollar Tree,but they need to invest in all of their locations not just the ones in newer areas

Went to this location yesterday & it had one register open, the line was long & the manager proceeded to open a new register & called out next person in line he’ll check out so me & a friend happened to got in his line & he didn’t want to check us out because we weren’t in the other line so I said does it matter i’m spending my money he goes to say it’s store policy & so I got a little heated & he refused my to check me out so i joined the other line he goes to tell the cashier not to check me or my friend who hadn’t even opened his mouth once even when i asked the manager if my friend could purchase the stuff. Then the manager gonna say we should leave the store and took up the phone to call the cops. He was very unprofessional as a manager & I wish I could’ve reportef him to corporate smh

Just like the signs reads dollar store. The Dollar Tree carry items such as: Party goods, toys, household cleaning items, snacks and food. Everything cost $1.00

Worst Dollar Tree ever! It is so trashy and unorganized. This is the closest one to me so I go here a lot and things are literally thrown everywhere, every time I come! (See pictures)...And the pictures were taken as soon as the doors opened on Sunday morning 10am. No excuse. This wreckage was not caused by customers! Ridiculous!
