Carried my bicycle tire in for a new tube and they were great. They replaced the tube and had it back to me within an hour.
Great place for lawn mower parts
Not reputable, and certainly not customer-oriented! It took over seven months for a “warranty” claim to be processed, only to find out that my issue was not a warranted item (cracked shaft mount). And to make it even worse, I was the one who called (at the six month point of dropping it off, with no contact on their part) which initiated a call-back and “assessment” that the item was not repairable under warranty terms. I was charged a “diagnosis fee,” for them to pick up the phone and tell me such. I won’t ever be doing business with this dishonest organization.Caveat: the older gentleman (owner?) and I had a conversation (he apologized), and it seemed to resonate that the administration was in disarray. I mentioned the words “lazy” and “trash” for treatment, and that exuded a response, as it should. I don’t wish to be contacted, as this organization has done plenty of “nothing” and masqueraded as doing everything (and charging me for it, nonetheless - it was a negligible amount in my opinion, but to them perhaps it’s the large amount they NEED and one that out of principle will keep me, colleagues, neighbors, etc. away).#StepOffSoapBox
Apparently the folks who actually work on equipment are paid commission so they can’t be bothered with questions. -per red head at counter.Unfortunately this is the closest repair shop for Home Depot power stroke brand pressure washers to be repaired at.
Worst service I have ever experienced.
I dropped my lawn mower off weeks ago for a quote for a repair. Called a week ago and they havent even touched it yet. I dont think they ever plan on giving my lawn mower back.
Took my mower there to have belts put unsaid would be two weeks, after two weeks I called to check and was told would be another week, again after another week was told would be another week after another week they said that the battery was dead and needed a new one ( battery was working good when dropped off) I told to put on a new battery. Told me would be ready that afternoon. The next morning when I went to pick up mower I was told was not ready and the silonide was bad and they put a new one on without out taking to me or my permission. Looks like they are trying to make money for bogus repairs to make up for lost revenue due to coronavirus. Will NOT use again
They have had my pressure washer for a year. Enough said. They suck!
Well i was surpose to get my lawnmower with in 3 weeks its still under warranty. So i had to take it there for them to fix it they have had it 4 weeks and they told me that it still not fixed yet so it will be a while i no i will never use them. Dont like the way they do sorry
I took my generator to them on Monday and asked if they could have it done by Friday because Im from out of state and Im leaving this weekend. The guy at the counter told me that wouldnt be a problem. He said there would be a $20.00 diagnostic charge and they would call when they found out whats wrong. They didnt look at it until Thursday. They called and told me what the problem is but now they dont have time to get the part by Friday. I went to pick it up and the $20.00 diagnostic fee turned into $47.51. I asked the manager what happened to the $20.00 fee. She said they dont have a flat fee and she didnt know who told me that. While she was telling me this there was a customer standing beside me. The man taking care of him told him that they require a $20.00 diagnostic fee. By this time I realized that it would do no good to argue any longer and I had better get out of there because I was getting mad. The bottom line is, I wouldnt recommend anyone do business with them simply because you cant trust them. They tell you one thing then charge you whatever they want.
Always great service. I get my propane there and some chainsaw work done there. Buffy is always a joy to work with, and her dad owns it and always gives the best in customer service.
Very nice and informative whether Im buying a bike for my wife or working on my weed eater they took time to help me.
Brought in a Ryobi 40v string trimmer for warranty repairs, with the complaint being that it cut off after a short period of use (under 2 minutes), and once restarted would cut off immediately when put under load. They tried to give it back 4 times over a 2 month period, claiming there was no problem, and charged me a diagnostic fee, claiming diagnostics arent covered for warranty work when there is no problem found. I took it apart at home, discovered that there was NO grease in the gearbox. Packed it with grease, and greased the output shaft as well. Less than a 30 minute job. Now it runs like a champ. Ill never darken their doorstep again. For the miles put on my car over 4 trips, I would have been better driving to Fayetteville or Cullmans warranty centers.
Usually have parts on hand for major brands. Expect to pay a little more for convenience.
Good group, they are a busy store, so they must be doing something right.
A little wait but took care of the job!
Horrible mechanics and will do a job but not check other issues. Do not use.
They always have what I need for my mower
Great people that do really good work.
Great information. I was buying the wrong gas.
Took too long to do a simple repair.
