This store is setup emmaculantly. You can easily see over all of the shelves because they were purposely made in that manner. Im assuming this design is this way to cut down on stealing. Its also made it much easier for the customers to find what they need while they are here too. Loss prevention and more easily navigable aisles in any business is by all means a good thing. I dont drink hard liquor at all, but if I did, I would probably shop at this location if it was convenient too.

Jaxs isnt very large but they always have everything youre looking for and the staff are extremely nice.

This is the Tardis of liquor stores, it’s looks small on the outside but is pretty big on the inside. They have a great selection and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I’ll definitely be going back for more.

Excellent store! Great selection of bourbon, rye, and rum including rhum agricole. In some cases better selection than Tower Liquor (rum jumped out at me on that score and the overall whiskey was on par). And the prices are competitive. Lovely find in this part of town!

This place has a really great selection of beer and spirits. I usually swing by to pick up a bottle of whiskey but they also have a lot of options for craft beer from local places and a good mix of other big name craft places. Swung by to stock up for a baby shower and they had everything I needed including mixers. Great local place.

If you want a great selection of wine, beer and spirits at a great price, come to Jax. I was looking for a whiskey. Jax had Larceny bourbon in a one liter bottle for $22.99. I almost bought it but then I saw a 🍑 and pecan whiskey, and because I was visiting Georgia -- where else would I find that!

This is a great little gem. For a neighborhood package store, theyhave a very good selection of spirits. I went in expecting a tiny little store, but it is actually a very good size and is well stocked.

This is a surprisingly good liquor store. It doesnt look like much from the street, and it isnt huge inside. But it is clean, they are nice, and they have a really good selection.

The wine selection is good but of course cant beat that of the farmers market which is only a few blocks away -- if you can stand the parking hassles, overcrowded jostling and general street bazaar ambience of the place.But JAX is my go-to place for everything else, from aguardiente (literally, firewater, i.e. what they call the local cheap but to me marvelous Caribbean rum) to single-malt Scotch whiskey. And for explorations of exotic brews when my beer-loving son comes to visit.
