I have an 2009 lancer gts, in which I had service done at another Mitsubishi dealer in Normal, Ill, last January of 2017 . With a $50 coupon, my transmission service was right at $136 dollars ( rounded off ) . Same exact work done at Bob Brady In Decatur, Ill, same car $209 . How ? Nothing different at all in service at this point, ( I haven’t driven car as of yet. Hopefully nothing ) They said, “ They would price match that price, NEXT TIME. I drove over an hour away from my home to Bloomington/Normal, paid less, then driving 40 minutes away and paying $70+ more . Apparently this business doesn’t need my business, whatsoever, ever again . I had no choice on the star . I’ll give that to the mechanic, if the job was done right . I asked for the service manger, but of course, he so happened to be in a so called meeting at 4 pm on a Friday. Sure thing .
